Wanting Memories

In honor of Rutgers Giving Day, the Rutgers University Glee Club dedicates this video to Rutgers alumni and our loved ones near and far. “Wanting Memories” by Ysaÿe Barnwell is a tribute to those who came before us: our mothers, grandmothers, and all caretakers who have passed away, but whose memories gave us the things that “made us laugh, made us dance, made us sing,” that made us into who we are. “You are the voice that whispers all I need to hear.”
We are so grateful to those who regularly support the Glee Club and hope this video inspires you on this year's Giving Day. If you have not donated before, we hope that you consider supporting this generation of students in their work with the RUGC.
The beautiful video was created by Stephanie Tubiolo, using video clips and photos of happy memories from current Glee Club singers. The opening features Carl Muhler, Kyle Casem, Michael Lazarow, and Nate Barnett.
