Regarding ADAT and AFK ,do we have to send the credentials from our university every time we appear the test? I mean like appearing for second and third times if the first one didnt workout.

Hello, I have a trouble while downloading the degree confirmation form. I heard my photo should automatically pop up after downloading the form but I tried multiple times and my photo is not appearing on that form. Can anyone help me out that what am I doing wrong here?

In university, we study lessons, and then we take exams, both of which take the same time?
