Everything gets better as price increases... 870 is cheaper than ctx9000 And if you are looking for western tones then better go for brands like Yamaha instead of Casio... Casio covers both western and indian but Yamaha is good comparatively in case of western....Yamaha psr e473 is a trending model for purchasing under 20k
Hello! I got a CT-X870IN recently. I am a bit confused about the speakers. The specifications mention that the Speakers are 2.5W + 2.5W, and nothing else is mentioned. From what CASIO has mentioned, both speakers should sound similar. But, the left speaker produces more bass(low notes), where the right one only produces high notes. Is this a feature or is my keyboard faulty? - Thank you!
Actually it happens because if u play keys of left side, that will produce more deep sound or bass and if u play from right side that will rich you tone and right speakers are for high pitch treble notes
Does MIDI 2 USB cable from general keyboard (for eg Casio CTX 870) send Notations to a Notation software(for eg Finale Notepad) in a computer.. ? kindly guide..

yamaha has smooth sound.. but, if you are Bollywood music lover then you can go for casio 870 IN.. moreover 870 in have pitch bend wheel on panel.. so i would prefer ctx870 IN. You can visit my channel if you want to hear yamaha e363.

If you record it through laptop and software then u vl have option to modify the sound also. & I never recorded it through laptop. As it has sound well directly to cell phone. Also u can place the mic of earphone on sound box of piano & record.

I tested USB and MIDI port with electric tester , bulb of the tester lights. Is it normal as casio 870in comes with 2 pin adapter. Please help anyone facing the same issue?
Yamaha Psr e373 sound much better and sweet, yeah price 2k extra, but quality matters. If you are looking for quantity then go for casio, for quality go for yamaha.

I've Casio 810in keyboard which does not save Bank . After every switch off banks get reset to initial banks
