Its a really interesting perspective I never thought of it this way I always had this idea that whatever comes my way I'll handle it with some automation until recently when I started thinking about bringing my music live that I understood that I should consider making stuff that can be emulated through a performance and not just a click play and adjust some nobs

@@SoundSimulator I'll be more than happy to now Im waiting to get some tools to make my own instruments and I already started implementing pure data in my compositions which I think is a step in the right direction thanks to your channel this is an example ua-cam.com/video/DFjyGpOAWK8/v-deo.html and I have some instrument designs in mind that I cant wait to start prototyping and developing

I think Vlad Kreimer (Soma Laboratory) is taking electronic instrument designs in a super interesting direction, his instruments seem to satisfy some of the criteria you outline in this video. I mean - the Enner - what's going on there?
The last instrument I made was a holesaw idiophone. It's terrible.
Soma Laboratory indeed makes unique and fresh hardware synth that feels very much like an instrument!
