Enjoying watching these older videos where the videos are super high quality, yet they’re not so perfect and curated the way they are now. Shea comes across as a lot more fun and real, with more life and personality shining through in these.

One thing I love the most is your honesty about things that don’t go absolutely perfect. I am a person who loves to decorate and I know from my own experiences that things sometimes do not turn out exactly how I have envisioned it would, but with patience and continuing my thought process...many times things turn out even BETTER! Don’t ya just love it when that happens ❤️👍❤️

You probably don't remember me: a newly wed girl from France trying to get inspiration to decorate/renovate my old place. Would love to see a video or tutorial or just written list on how to Reno from start to fish, like a step by step guide. Like I know probably the 1rst step would be the paint but not sure about what to do next. Window treatments? Or maybe a series of per-rooms guides? Thank you so much for your advice!

All of these videos are beautiful. I have a question, why wont any designers ever tell people what the budget or cost of a project is in the video? It would be so helpful to know, it always seems like it's some big secret.
AJ Foxx it's just mostly unprofessional. Also when it's a project this large you're talking big amounts of money, and clients typically don't want that information disclosed to anyone.
Thanks for the answer. I guess that makes sense. It just makes it difficult for people who might want to do the same thing to figure out if it's remotely possible.
How long have you been working as a designer again? Right... lol. It's called confidentiality. Not one desirable designer would go around revealing budget costs on projects like this - especially when it is blatantly obvious it was costly. If you want to see a home renovation that displays budgets, you should try HGTV. Considering the fact that part of the way these people make their money is by doing consultations with clients where budgets are discussed, it would be a reduction in their profits to display costs on UA-cam. The truth is that half of the people watching this have no idea of how this business works, and no idea how much a home renovation costs.
