... Mortius, seconds from being introduced to Odysseus's Mother
Mortius right after:no, no, no, no, no.
I cried when Odysseus's mom sung and the sadness in his voice 🥺😭
Fun fact! In some versions, Odysseus's mom saw the storm that happened in the ocean saga, and believed Odysseus to be dead, so she walked into the water to be with him
YOU ALL NEED TO LEARN WHAT A FUN FACT IS. NONE OF THESE ARE FUN 😭😭😭

@@willwatts6733 "Your little high and mighty Odysseus claims to love his mother but let her die of a broken heart". There we go. Also... "Odysseus, when you come home I'll be waiting". She seems like someone determined to see it through and see her son again, not like she has given up hope and committed suicide.
Sad fact: The spirits of the dead do not want to tell Odysseus something. Jorge revealed during the live that what the spirits are saying is actually their last thoughts before they died. Which makes it even sadder since Polities died still thinking optimistically and Odysseus' mom died waiting for him.
Another sad fact: Odysseus' mom did not die because of old age, but because of grief and longing for Odysseus. Odysseus didn’t know she died because he adventured too far for "12 long years".
SOBBING CRYING THROWING UP
Twelve long YEAAAARS!
I read that one of the versions said that she saw them when they where near Ithaca and then the wind took them away. She thought they died, so she, in her sorrow, drown herself in the Ocean to be with her son.

"All i hear are screams"
Because that's what he wants to hear. He's fine with people blaming him and yelling at him.
He doesn't want to hear Polites gently singing his motto. He doesn't want to hear his mom's soft voice saying how much she loves him.
He wants to be hated and punished, he doesn't want to hear that they believed in him until the end.
So all he chooses to hear are screams

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Fun/tragic fact about Odysseus' encounter with his mom in the Underworld: In book 11 of the Odyssey (the underworld chapter), when he sees his mom he tries to hug her three times, but is unable to because she is a ghost
And to add to it, how she died... like just damn. My soul is hurt by this saga everytime.
I've already past that chapter(I'm on nearly the end)but that still hurts me
Thanks, I hate it!
AGH FUCK I DIDNT GET TO THAT YET HOW DARE YOU 😭
And something just to make yourself happy I guess?
Odysseus actually saw the ghost of Herakles (Hercules) in Hades. Just hanging out. This actually conflicts with the fact that in later stories when Hercules was ascended to godhood and stays in Olympus instead.
It’s so interesting how people interpret things differently.
I always interpreted the line “a man who gets to make it home alive, but it’s no longer you” to mean that Odysseus does get home, but he’s changed so much that he’s virtually unrecognizable. And with the next song being “Monster”…
That's how I've interpreted it as well.
also calls an interesting definition of the prevalent line of "when does a man become a monster". Why are those two definitions mutually exclusive to Odysseus?
That was also my first thought and right after, a man with a trail of bodies, I thought about the chief of the suitors (Idk why I can't remember his name rn) but then immediately I thought about Odysseus again. I think the line 'palace covered in red' was what led me to this conclusion because the man with a trail of bodies comes after the slaughtering of the suitors so they're already all dead. Even though Tiresias doesn't care about timeline I feel like putting the lines in that order support this hypothesis.
I took that meaning too, especially coming off of Keep Your Friends Close where he insisted he was still the same and Odysseus having to change to survive has been a central theme.
(If you don't want information about the original Odyssey don't read this)
Well in the original work, the Odyssey, Odysseus does get back home no longer looking like himself, since, in order to get into Ithaca undercover, Athena transforms him into an elderly homeless man, only his dog, Argo, manages to recognize him! So he's both spiritually changed and also visually changed, meaning that Tiresias could've both meant to say that he's not going to be the same man he was when he departed, or that he's going to look different, and so it will be no longer him!✨
The fact that what the souls sing what they felt as they died is even more heart breaking.
-His soldiers died feeling scared/betrayed calling out for their captain (like they did in Ruthlessness).
-Polities died still feeling positive and wanting to help Odysseus feel better.
-His mother died waiting for Odysseus to come back home.
💔💔💔💔
His mom committed suicide because she thought he was dead and wanted to reunite with his son. She did.😊
@@sup9441 that's one of the stories. another, she just died of a broken heart.
I’ll say 1 of you is right (for how she died in Epid), but I won’t say which one because of spoilers
When i heard that "waiting.." i was spooked because i remembered that penelope had that part too for future song so i was like "WHY ARE YOU HERE?!" 😂
@@toasterofdoom9629 I suppose this is what the story will go with since in the snippet of aphrodites song she says "Your little high and mighty odysseus claims to love his mother yet let her died of a broken heart"

“I took too long” is the lyric that made me tear up the most. It’s just the realization of his mom dying that hits me. I also take it as a sign that if his mom already has died, then he has to get back to Penelope and Telemachus now before he misses his chance with them as well. Everything leading up to Monster just strengthens the impact when it finally plays and it’s amazing!
2 fun facts that have to do with the video and are not spoilers:
1. The music that plays while Odysseus's mom is singing is at it's core the same that plays when Odysseus sings, confirmed by Jorge
2. Odysseus started with 600 men. The combined body count of Polythemus and Posideon left him with 43. But 600-43 is 557, so why is it 558 men when he gets to the underworld? Well, one dude named Elpenor fell off the roof of Circe's palace and died, but in both the actual Odyssey and Epic, he's forgotten about. It's just a subtle nod to him.
To make it better, the joke is that he isn't even acknowledged by the songs themselves either
Fun fact( at least I think): the spirits in the underworld can’t actually see Odysseus, the spirits in the river Styx are actually just reliving and rethinking their last thoughts and moments, the crew begging for his help and wishing he just slayed the cyclops, Polites holding on to hope till the end, and Odysseus mom waiting for a son that would never arrive, when I heard that I was like ‘Yeah that packs a little punch 😢’
Just when you think the infant reminder and the soldiers are enough, Polites comes in with a gutpunch. And when you think that's it, here comes Anticlea with a steel chair
FACTS! Like, when I first heard this I was like, "Oh, Polites, that's sad," then BAM, Odysseus's mother comes in, SUNG BY JORGE'S OWN MOTHER, and I'm just bawling my eyes out
Spoilers for both the Odyssey, and apparently for later events of the musical, which I myself have not encountered.
The Prophet in the Odyssey:
Tiresias: "Yes, I have the information you want in order to get home safely."
Odysseus: "Wonderful! What is it?"
Tiresias: "You will have to get through Scylla and Charybdis, then you will find yourselves on an island with Helios' cows, which you must not kill, after which you're home free."
Odysseus: "That is honestly pretty good news! The monsters will be tricky, but I am sure not even my crew are stupid enough to kill one of Helios' cows after being told not to, right Eurylochus McMoron?"
The Prophet in this musical:
Tiresias: "Yes, I have the information you want in order to get home safely."
Odysseus: "Wonderful! What is it?"
Tiresias: "On second thought, nah, you're completely doomed. You'll probably get betrayed, and if you even get home, you will have gone from 'reluctantly evil' to 'so evil you are not even you anymore', so there is no point in me giving you any specifics, get lost."
Odysseus: "Oh. That sucks, I guess I am evil now. At least I still have my (second) best friend, Eurylochus McMutineer, who will surely help me through it!"
Eurylochus "Last name" you gave are hilarious XD
McMutineer is genius 😂
The name you give Eurylochus are so funny
To be fair, in the musical it sounds like Eurylochous’ mutiny is more reasonable considering that Odysseus makes multiple questionable decisions and constantly shrugs him off for seemingly little reason.
Okay, talking about Eurylochus in the comments is a bit spoilerly, so I hope Mortius doesn't read these
Odyseuss : “who?!?!”
Athena : “that’s my champion alright “
The fact that odysseus didn't know his mom was dead until he saw her down there is heartbreaking
If i remember correctly, in ancient Greece they believed that the People who didnt get a proper Buriel, their Souls were doomd to swim in the river Styx, living in the last moments before their deaths.
Yeah that echoes with remember them, none of the dead soldiers got a proper burial... Although I imagine that even though Ithaqua was probably already plagued with the suitors when Ody's mom died I don't think they would have prevented her from being burried
Someone in the comments reminded that his mom actually committed suicide so maybe she couldn't get funerals for that reason
Actually, as someone pointed out she died by her own hands. But there was no burial because she died in the same storm that killed the soliders. Odyssey's ship was so close to the shoreline that she saw them. And when a godlike storm came and dragged her son away, she assuming he was dead. So she jumped into the water from the cliff, i believe, and died to join him in the underworld. She had spent 10 years waiting for him and she decided she would join him
@@cid_of_aro_ace_krebsI don't think this version of Anticlea died by suicide. if this is her final thoughts before death, she sounds like someone determined to stay alive and keep waiting until she sees her son again, and not someone who lost hope

"Fun Fact" that Jorge gave us during the livestream to "help" use feel better: The people in the underworld are singing their final thoughts. So his men's last thoughts were about how he should have killed the cyclops, Polities' final thoughts were about how he didnt want his death to harden Odysseus and wanted him to continue to greet the world with open arms, and His mom died thinking about waiting for him to come home.
Fun little fact: the lyrics of the souls in the underworld are their final thoughts before they died
Another fun fact is that the animatic parts of No Longer You the animator was given references for the animation by the man himself
Also “a man with a trail of bodies” could be about Odysseus and the monster he has become, or about a certain other character from the Odyssey I will not say
@@C0mput3-wouldn’t it make more sense for the trail of bodies to be all the men he’s lost or the suitors he’s killed? Either one could fit because he’s gotten them all killed in one way or another

10:30 If you listen closely, there are literal screams behind the vocals mixed in the instruments. I like to think Odysseus and his men are doing the "Only nightmares..." line while screams of the drowned continue in the distance
A couple things.
1) Mortius. Buddy. Guy. My dude. I just want to say thank you so much. Just...thank you for being who you are and living the life you've lived that's led to you doing reactions to Epic. I was there during this livestream and it honestly moved me. And because of your passion and your level of insight into this craft, I get to relive that. You're quite literally a gentleman and a scholar.
2) 20:52 After this album dropped, Jorge put out one of the funniest tiktoks I've ever seen, a joke he said he's been waiting for ages to tell people. The audio is from 'No Longer You' and the text onscreen reads as follows:
I see your wife with a man who is haunting
A man with a trail of bodies
*Odysseuys imitates an angry owl*
WHO?!
XD I just had to share that. Jorge is too good for us; we do not deserve him.
Don’t forget the “I am the monster rawr rawr rawr 🦖”
With 'No Longer You', what Tiresias (pronounced 'Ty-re-seeus but it's weird ancient greek spellings so I get it) is essentially saying is that Odysseus, as he is now, trying to follow Polites' advice and show mercy and clemency to people, will not be the man who gets home. The man who makes it home, and by extension the man with Penelope, will still physically be Odysseus, but his values and morals will have been so damaged by what he's done to survive the journey home that he'll practically be a different person
Spoilers for the original Odyssey, which may or may not be spoilers for Jorge's interpretation:
In the Odyssey he is not even physically Odysseus as he was transformed at the time. He does change back, but when he gets home he is in a different body. So there is both a mental/metaphorical meaning and a physical meaning to that line. Layering the meaning of the prophecy like that is brilliant if Jorge is going to maintain that element of the Odyssey.
It is so interesting to see Mortius react to 'No longer you'. He said from the beginning that he does not know the Odyssey front to back. I do and in this instance I add might add, I do sadly, because for me there never was any doubt about what Tiresias was talking about. Seeing Mortius mirror Odysseus's confusion is great, because my first reaction was like 'Odysseus, come on, it is not so hard to understand AND the prophet said it twice AND he said specifically, that he sees PAST and FUTURE, so how are you not getting it?"
Hi, would you mind spoiling it for me? I haven't read the odyssey but I really want to know what he means.
I personally love how when Odysseus finally sings after his Mom's segment, he screams so much he actually drowns out yhe Ghosts of the Underworld.
"All I hear are screams", but they're his own.
This song will DESTROY him, and he won’t recover from it for a while.
I still haven't, and I listened to it the night it came out.
Heads up Gigi did a great animatic for the final song in the saga “ Monster“
When you'll be showing the Underworld song to Casper, I heavily recommend the animatic by TheeArteest, the Polites and Oddyseus's mom's parts just hit so hard with those visuals. As does the Infant part, for that matter. The finest Trauma Fuel in all of Classical Greece.
For the No Longer You, I found the animatic by Gwendy | NSD2 Studios to be absolutely excellent as well.
And of course, Gigi's Monster is just phenomenal!
At 20:57 After Odysseus shouts his question *"WHO???!"* Tiresias repeats the lyrics he used to describe *Odysseus.* Basically answering his question; Odysseus himself.. But at that time, Odysseus had no idea.. and was still confused.. And Tiresias telling Odysseus at the last sentence "It's no longer you." Basically telling him that it is no longer Odysseus when he gets home, or basically he changed?
Fun little easter egg that Jorge revealed in a short is that when the souls say: "558 men who died under your command" You might notice that it doesn’t match the "43 left under your command" from Ruthlessness.
That’s because one guy died during the Circle saga by getting drunk and falling of the roof and nobody noticed. The dude was supposed to appear in the underworld song but got cut out cause it kinda didn’t match the mood. Now how he's a funny forgotten easter egg.
Amazing job with the reaction! Keep it up, you're amazing!!❤❤❤
“That didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would”
Wait till you find out all the lines the ghosts are singing were the last thoughts they had before they died 😂
look at how the harmony on "waiting" with Odysseus' mom is reminiscent of the harmony on "Penelope is waiting for me" with the crew in full speed ahead which is also referenced at the start of the underworld song.
@mortius you trickster! No Monster today? You really are in your villain arc.
i like the part where mortius said "it's mortin' time" and then morted all over the place
“I see a nam who gets to make it home alive, but it’s no longer you.” means that Odysseus changed during the journey. He is no longer the person he was before Polites’ death. He is no longer the person he was before the Trojan war.
Oh, and Tiresias is supposed to have a blank face the whole time.
The man Tiresias is referring to is either Odysseus (he killed a lot of people) or Antinous, a guy from the Odyssey who basically wanted to marry Penelope, so he and his friends hung out in front of the palace trying to break in, probably r@pe Penelope, kill Telemachus, and take over.
Wait, is Jorge put this bit in the musical, than the line "A man who is haunting" would make more sense if it is Antinous!
It's definitely Odysseus, the title of the next song gave it away
But Monster is just about Odysseus crossing his last line and really embracing his inner monster he denied so far. I do agree that the "It's not longer you" part of the song is about Ody changing, but "A man who is haunting could be fitting to Antonious as well, since he haunts Penelope and Telemachus. @@tetragaming6332
@@missvnuna3623that was still Odysseus though, that part of the line meant that Odysseus was hunting down Penelope's suitors
I think it makes more sense if its odysseus since hes a monster now
Silent halls. King if Blood. You can be. Nothing more. Running through Silent halls [back round Spirits I think]
It has been confirmed by Jay that only one of those lines are correct, if I had to guess I think it would be King of Blood cuz (Spoilers btw) in the God games snippet while Athena's having this Divine sibling rivalry with Ares she says "To get back to his homestead he'll make everybody *bleed* " then we've got low and behold the song ✨King✨
Fun fact: Tiresias was blinded by Athena because he saw her bathing. His mother a nymph of Athena begged to restore his ability to see the physical world. But instead Athena gave Tiresias the gift to see the future. So... what Tiresias saw was Odysseus' possible future on what he has to do in order to go home.
Sorry for my bad English. It is my third language.
It always amuses me when people from other countries apologize for having bad English because it’s their second/third language, but they actually have better grammar than the vast majority of native English speakers I know.
@@scorpioblueeyes7388 I'm not that confident in myself.
The prophet is actually singing about Odysseus when he talks about the man by Penelopes side and with a trail of body, as the song Monster hints at. To get home he need to embrace the ruthlessness Poseidon preached and when the prophet said the palace was covered in red and with faces of men who thought he was dead he's litterally telling Ody that he'll get home, just not how he is right now.
"what is the chorus singing?" WE FREAKING KNOW RIGHT?? Something I thought of about No Longer You is that "past romance" could also be interpreted as "passed romance" in reference to Circe and/or [redacted for spoiler] as romances Odysseus passed up on in order to stay faithful to Penelope. This hasn't been confirmed and might not be intended but I think it's neat because prophecies in Greek mythology are typically vague(and because I'm way too obsessed with Percy Jackson).
Technically in the Odyssey, he didn't really "pass up" on them, but well you could say that because the second one was a relation where he wasn't in control of himself it wasn't consensual so it wasn't a real relations so it's not cheating. But while there was a real mad power imbalance between Circe and Odysseus i dont really remember if in the Odyssey it was also non-con, and therefore he was faithful to his wife on that point, or if it was consensual idrk.
All that to say that it's not really like exactly that in the Odyssey, like that fact that Odysseus has a lot more of moral dilemnas in EPIC with the infant for example, or like PJO is with greek mythology in general, but there are a lot of greek myths with multiple interpretations of the same ones so yeah in adaptating (especially for children like pjo) choices are made
Like 10 seconds in I think that scream of anguish perfectly describes how we all felt about _that_ part
Every soul ends up in the underworld, where In the underworld depends on how you were in life
Polites' chorus hurts more when you realize that he died thinking the cyclops would spare them by "greeting the world with open arms" solidifying that open arms only leads to more death
There is a " warrior of the mind" WIP Animation by Space Bar. It's playing in "just a man" and I think it fits perfectly for 'I keep thinking 'bout the infant from that night' and how his actions are hunting him so much that they are screaming at him in this saga.

Also, I want to recommend the band The Mechanisms to you!
They have a cabaret or musical-esque story telling music style, where their albums basically bring you on a journey and are definitely recommended to listen to the albums in the order that they have on their YT. And the albums have really fun concepts!
Like western arthurian tales, fairytales in space, greek myths with a twist, as well as one about norse mythswith an eldritch crossover, which is my favorite!
I really enjoy their music not just for the sound, which while not professional has a very earnest and raw sound, especially at the first album. But also for the lyrics and the story being told throughout the album, which I think would be perfect reaction material for you!
"With a man...with a trail of bodies behind him?" Im glad I've not read the odyssey. Hmmm, I wonder. Perhaps 558 men?
ALL I HEAR ARE SCREAMS!
currently there are also animatics for all three of these songs
11:12 if it makes you feel better, the river to underworld is the river Acheron. The river Styx is river of oaths, connected to the goddess Nyx. So if the baby’s soul is anywhere, it would probably be in Acheron, assuming it hasn’t reached its destination.
Fun fact that I don’t think I saw in the comments so far: the bell chimes on the line “I keep thinking of the infant from that night” match the lullaby motif in the first song. Also, love your facial reaction to the “waiting” line!
The Underworld is such a musical treat UGH I LOVE IT
"I see your wife with a man who is haunting, a man with a trail of bodies" is odysseus because tiresias saw a future where odysseus got home clinging to poseidon's 'ruthlessness is mercy' philosophy, and killed all of penelope's suitors. this is also portrayed on "I see your palace covered in red, faces of men who had longed believed your dead" where men = suitors who wanted the throne because they believed oddysseus was ded
Spoiler:
As for the no longer you part, that would be because Odysseus returns to his home disguised as a beggar, so the man who returns home is someone entirely different in the eyes of those who see him.

3. A vision of someone who literally does not go by the name of Oddysseus (in a similar vein of "my name is Nobody")
Etc.
little fun fact (no spoilers): Jorge has not revealed what the ensemble is saying in the background of "no longer you" yet :) so no one knows 21:52
20:39 “ One of us is secretly an owl.”
Odysseus “ 🦉 who 🦉.”
“That’s the thing Odysseus we don’t know wh- WAIT JUST A MINUTE ODYSSEUS IS THE OWL!!!!!!
Aww poop, I got all excited thinking it was today, then realised it's tomorrow it premieres 😟
Oh well... waiting eagerly 😊
I think what the prophet meant with "no longer you" was that Odysseus changed or is changing and when he gets home he is no longer the man he used to be. And I also saw people having the theory that the man with a trail of bodies standing besides Penelope is supposed to be Odysseus in the future.
strong agree here
you should also do another video with animations (which i could provide a list of) because there are amazing ones out there now
I believe that after this, you are going to check Jorge behind the scenes on his chanel, cool, but if you want to check those and see the future sagas blind, reading the titles help a lot, "warrior of the mind behind the scenes" "wouldn't you like behind the scenes" "how i made the music for [insert name of a song that already came out]" then it's cool
tiresias' prophecy has a lot of double meanings and can apply to a few different events to come! as a huge odyssey and epic fan it's been fun seeing people's theories and interpretations when they have nothing to go off of but the info tiresias gives, just like odysseus :)
Odysseus saying "i took too long" actually broke me, MR. JALEPEÑO YOU ARE SENTENCED TO 558 YEARS IN PRISON FOR THIS HOW DARE YOU
Actually no one knows what vocals in the backround say except jay, and hes being all mysterious about it, but we know there are words
i think this is a personal theory is that they last thing that the living hear in the underworld is the dead's last thought before their passing
fun fact the spirits words were their final thoughts so Polities was still clinging to his outlook as Polyphemus crushed him infront of Odysseus:)
I don't care when you recorded the video, things like editing take time and you have other stuff to do that takes priority, cool.
Love the videos, love the vibe of the premier, love the community.
Thanks for all the updates
👍
Wait if this video has the Underworld and no longer you is mortius gonna do a video for only monster?
Seems like it
Yep!! Monster will be its own video… followed immediately by a new cover premiere 👀👀
@@officialmortiusHold up, so is monster releasing tomorrow as well or not?
@@Fruity_one Sorry for the confusion 😆
May 18 - The Underworld + No Longer You, in one video.
May 25 - Monster reaction as one video, followed immediately by a new Epic cover right after
@@officialmortius Oh, Ok! I think Monster does deserves to be on it's own as its Act 1's closure (tho waiting for it a whole week will kill us (like Polites))
I just realised that in the underworld song this is the last and final time Odysseus is technically told by polities’s spirit to ‘keep the world with open arms’ before descending to the next two songs and before we basically loose Odysseus to essentially madness with ‘monster’. I don’t want to assume by saying that jorge’s plans won’t continue this phrase in some form to try to show Odysseus in the future but it’s so saddening to think Odysseus last time seeing polities ( his best friend) is him indirectly telling him to keep peace in mind ❤😢
Gigi already made an animatic for Monster, I hope you are able to react to it or with Casper as I think its their best work yet
Jay watching the Livestream chat when he released this: All I see are screams~
I know that it's a livestream but was this posted anywhere else? I've been looking for this specific version but can't find it
I have to WAIT for the monster reaction ?! 💔💔💔
So, the ghost choir behind Tiresias:
Jorge did a reaction video on TikTok to someone who specifically isolated those noises and tried to figure out what they were. This is what she came up with:
“Silent halls”
“King of blood”
“You could be”
“Nothing more”
“Run through silent halls”
“Kill all the (spoilers) for love”
And then Jorge stitched it with an evil snicker and said “One of those lines was correct.”
So…in my opinion it’s “king of blood” because that was the only one that fit when I listened to it blind. But a few of these fit anyway.
9:03 I love when in musicals or music in general, motifs from previous songs come back.
20:37, a very angry owl
🦉
(I have no idea if this is true, this is just a theory not spoilers)
Pretty sure when Tiresias says he sees a man getting home who is no longer Odysseus, he means that it is Odysseus, but he's changed so much that it's "no longer him". The man with the trail of bodies IS Odysseus after returning home. The trail of bodies is all the people he's killed/lost. Odysseus doesn't understand this and that's why he yells "WHO?!" Also slight spoiler under "Read more"
This is kinda backed up by the next song "Monster".
I can't wait to see your reaction to the rest of the Underworld Saga and for seeing your reactions with CT Reacts for yhe rest of the Sagas. I love seeing things through another set of eyes as well.
Tiresias is basically saying “If you want to get home, you have to change. You have to be ruthless. You have to show no mercy. You’re a kind, merciful man, but if you want to go home, you need to cast that aside.”
yeah no thats not really what Tiresas is saying, you have to remember that the guy is a prophet that sees futures. He is basically saying to Odysseus, who was kinda trying with for example the Cyclops to like either be merciful and try saving his men, that the person that will be by Penelope 's and that will "make it home" is no longer that person. It will no longer be who Odysseus was trying to be, motivated by the memories of Polities a lot , who will get home to Peneloppe but "a man who is haunting", "a man with a trail of bodies".
Anyway to sum up: Tiresias is not saying "this is who you need to be to go home/this is who i want you to be in order for you to get home" but rather "this is what you will become, the thing, the monster that will get home to your wife is no longer you, no longer who you were trying to be"
Because no one wants Odysseus to become that but that's what will happen, it could have been otherwise maybe, could be the prophet highlighting that with "There is a world where I help you get home. But that's not a world I know" (but also technically its most likely a reference of the fact that in The Odyssey Tiresias indeed helps Odysseus by giving him infos but well it could be both) because Tiresias see the pasts and (possibilities of) the futures.
Fun fact if you didn't know!
Odysseus' mom is voiced by Jorge's mom IRL!
Do what you will with that knowledge now😊
Ah yay it’s out on my birthday
Happy early birthday!
Thanks
Happy Birthday!
I have been waiting for this reaction for sooo long! The underworld saga is definitely my favorite so far, it’s so beautifully gut wrenching, and Jorge made everything fit together perfectly. You’re wonderful, Mortius! Can’t wait for the rest of your epic reactions. 💐🤗
No Longer You is a nice bit if you know the story, and is strongly set up from the musical up to this point and I love it.
YOOOOO YOU'RE AMAZING
So here's one of the background lyrics that the spirit choir sings in No longer you:
"King of blood"
(That's one of them but i don't know what the other background lyrics are)
Jorge did post a short that showed someone trying to guess the background lyrics as well!
