That one little robot was put into production back in 2004. They have not been produced for a long time. it has been impossible to buy it for a long time.
I always wanted their boardgames, it's like WH40K EPIC, but primarily about Mechs. Toy-like Tanks & Infantry included. Sadly I never was able to get one of the several games, quite expensive, and that was before the war.
Interesting stuff. I thought they were a bit too toy like at first but they have already improved with the basing and spray. I’ll be very interested in how they look painted up.
13:40 Oh, that's where those are from. I had about a dozen of those little missiles in the bits box for years, no idea how they got there. Too many trades and part swaps with people to keep things straight.
You should keep the shoot bits..... If you come up against 'that guy'..... Take his eyes out 🤣. Nice to see the subs going up too! Well done sir.... Well done.
great video! I had some of this range that I bought from I believe Toys R Us quite a few years ago. They were cheapish and also game with figures and terrain as well!
I think there was a link with Airfix in the UK, I don't know how they ended up with tehnolog. As you can see they don't come with boxes or rules or anything like they would have originally.
Am I the only one that saw these come out of the bags and go right to thinking these would make great greeblies for building custom terrain and robots?
Thise mystery bots are quite stocky fellows next to the other bots. Looking forward to see how they paint up. Might grab a few of the T-Rexs, do they come with a few weapon options or just the auto cannon type weapon?
Just the autocannons and the (frankly dangerous) toy guns. Which is a shame as it's the most classic "mech" looking one, butcyou could always scratch build/print extras. Or pick up other kits just for parts at those prices.
you can put those stocky dudes on 60mm bases and call them space wolves dreadnoughts, just paint them viking-ey, the little wolf head adds a lot to it EDIT: god, the site even uses painted marines as a measuring unit
I do have one idea for a large but I don't.want to spoil a vid, especially if I'm not sure it'll work. I have picked up a box of the toy joy knock off mechs from Ali express for lights so we'll nsee how they turn out.
@@ScruffyCrow Ive been looking at the same things...plus the Rihio kits. Perhaps I should convert one of my dozen Zaku kits first...Medium and large sorted. Still tempted by the Russian Technolog kits though.
Just a suggestion for lights (especially Ghosts of Tiamat unmanned frames), the EM-4 plastic robots are dirt cheap (even by Technolog standards), fairly modular, and big enough to sit comfortably on a 50-60mm base - those are 25mm ones they're precariously mounted on at the link: em4miniatures.com/collections/science-fiction-near-future-miniatures/products/mechs Ah, and here's a blog with decent shots of the component sprues so you can get a better idea what you can build: figurfanatikern.blogspot.com/2016/05/em4-cheap-ass-mechs-and-spaceships.html
Very nice, I was surprised to see someone else knew about these. I use the Technolog kits for my 28mm Battletech projects, they are great kits.
The use of resin printing supports is awesome!

All in all, there not bad!🤘👍
Cant wait to see a painting video on these! 😍
I'm going to do each one as a build/convert/paint video I think, but they are on hold while I clear some of my Oathmark backlog.
Interesting stuff! Thanks for the video! I bought their knights once before, but I haven't seen these!

The Astrogladiator is actually a pretty sweet 'mech, though you might not be able to tell from the official paint job.
man I grew up with these toys in Russia and now I plan to use em for Gamma Wolves!
These look like serious value for money!
Yeah, I think so, even if you only wanted some standings before investing they seem like a good deal.
Am I the only one that saw these come out of the bags and go right to thinking these would make great greeblies for building custom terrain and robots?
Probably not.

I think I prefer your mystery robots as lights to the more skeletal one
I have some more options for lights on the way too, the mystery bots are going to go for parts.

Interesting look at the mechs. Roughly how tall are they? Might be worth having a look at. Great use of the 3D print scaffolds
The one I sprayed is 10cm to the top of the cockpit, the t-rex is the same but I haven't glued him yet
@@ScruffyCrow thank you :)
Where are you ordering your Tehnolog stuff from? Very tempted to grab a few kits after seeing your videos on them
I got this batch from the souldark website but they sell through eBay too, I think it's the same store.

@@ScruffyCrow sorry dude, just seen that you put it in the description, doh! Looking forward to seeing these painted, keep it up!

If you have used other walkers before, how do they compare in size to starwars or 40k walkers?
I'm afraid I'v got nothing to compare them too but on the website in the description there's some photos next to some kind of 40k knight.
@@ScruffyCrow thanks, its on the 'to buy' list when I make it back to the UK.
looks taller than a dreadnought but shorter than a knight
I just spotted these on eBay and damn they are dirt cheap.
