Appalachian Trail - Neighbor Mountain Trail - Jeremy’s Run Loop

This is a circuit hike that starts at Elkwallow Wayside in Shenandoah National Park and follows the AT south to the neighbor mountain trail down to Jeremy’s run and back up to Elkwallow and Skyline drive. It is appropriately 15 miles long. On this hike I try a new pair of kicks and get creative with ramen noodles.

That fleece stuff sack has thousands of miles on it. It is the original and, as you probably remember, my mom made it for me. It has doubled as a hat a few times too! Good eye ! Thanks for watching 🙏
