@@jpking0 I just looked that one up! That’s for a private showing! That would definitely scare away the little children! Wow.. what a fabulous creature❣️
@@ZYX84 when I was 8 I came across a beautifully illustrated book about creatures that glow. It had in very visual detail all of the creatures of the deep that had bio-luminescence, including a very toothy Anglerfish on the cover. I never liked horror movies as a kid, and yes the deep gave me nightmares, but I have been utterly OBSESSED with the deep sea ever since I bought that amazing book. Fear turned into fascination. Don't underestimate what kids can handle, you'd be surprised how amazed and fascinated they might be with creatures that look so incredibly alien and frightening :).
How can we not love them ALL? We are so excited to share these fascinating deep-sea denizens with everyone and we are thrilled to see them irl at the Into the Deep exhibition!
The amount of research and technologic development required to show these animals safely on the surface are mind boggling! The team at MBA deserve huge kudos for such an impressive feat!
This is such a well-produced video! Congrats to the whole team that made it possible. Almost all of these species were new to me and it was really very exciting to learn the special characteristics of each one!
What, no love for my species? I get we’re a bit mainstream but still. Just kidding just kidding, love the content! I love learning more about the deep ocean and it’s wonderful creatures!
This is so cool! I was just at the aquarium a few months ago and didn't see this so it must be new. Would love to go back and see this awesome exhibit!
Pretty sure my nephew might be a tunicate!!😉 SO AWESOME in both definitions.😎 Any chance the show will go virtual?? I have no way of ever seeing in person. I know it wouldn't be the same...but it's as close as I will get. 😢
I wish to see these creatures in an aquarium someday! Here in Europe there aren't as many aquariums that are this varied unfortunately. I hope I can visit you guys once in my lifetime
Several species, l but I know you cannot get the ancient lobe fish in an aquarium, however why not get someone who could make a good 3D animation of these ancient living creatures and make a visual of them and so they can learn more same for the horse shoe crab
@@nokkenfolk2312 Its done mostly for educations sake; you can technically say that everything in an aquarium is in fact in danger ssince they're not in their natural habitat, but they do take many precautions to make sure the animals are safe

This looks amazing! I didn't know that an animal so big as the Japanese Spider Crab could live so deep. Good learning!

Deep sea creatures are a great way to get insight into exo-biologies. Nature is so creative.

Extra appreciation of your musical engineer! Great selection and timing!
Fantastic creatures. I never knew that deep sea animals love Jazz music.
I am dreaming about visiting this extraordinary exhibition 😌💭
Bone worms are the most beautiful acid-secreting, bone devouring organism ever!
But my fave that’s missing is the dumbo octopus!
I've seen pictures and gifs of a lot of these but never knew anything about them. Great video, thank you for sharing.
The predatory tunicate looks like it was the inspiration for the Breather from the computergame Deep Rock Galactic.
I love straight deep sea creatures! I want to come see them so badly!!!
Why must I live so far away 🥲
This is amazing!! I am obsessed with the sea angel...but really all of them 😍 thanks for sharing them with us!!
I am so excited to see it online and in person!!! I love deep sea creatures and agree with everyone! This is so cool!
I absolutely cannot wait to go! Everything is so beautiful! Edit: I may skip the Japanese sea crab, that guy is over the top!
I love these casual descriptions like “the piranha plant from Mario” or “they don’t look like they should be alive” 😆
Well done team!! Thank you for educating us on the wonders of the “Deep” :-)
Love to know the bit about the further you go down the sea, the first color that goes is red
This is so cool! I was just at the aquarium a few months ago and didn't see this so it must be new. Would love to go back and see this awesome exhibit!
*Sees the Predatory Tunicate and pats its head*
"Weeoo weeoo weeoo the cute police just got alerted!"
The snail fish looks like it should be playing a saxophone.
This was such a cool video. I hadn’t heard of so many of these fascinating creatures

Is anyone in a mood for crab legs all of a sudden?

Is this ethical?
Why wouldn’t it be? The building is partially submerged-which means it’s incredibly structurally sound since…you know…earthquakes.
@@maryrosekent8223 Just thinking about how they captured these deep sea creatures and potentially risking their lives to live in captivity
