- In this short video I am showing, how I made a Kitchen Utility knife from a piece of Damascus Steel, that I've got a while back.
FYI: The Damascus was made by Nazarov Knives. I think it was purchased off ebay.

Things I used in this video:
Wood Finish Danish Oil (I absolutely love this stuff. Great finish, that doesn't change the wood color)

I just found your channel and am in middle of binge-watching. Really enjoying your content.
Thanks a lot! I‘m glad you like it. The next one should be up this week 👌🏻
Awesome recovery.
Thanks!
VERY cool! Now if you could just mass produce these, then you’d have the money to upgrade your tools, hence making your job much easier! Win/Win 😁👍🏽
Thanks 😄
The belt grinder already makes the job a lot easier 😄👌🏻
@@NjordArtisan It's a lot better than a drill and a pair of metal snips lol I think that's how every smith starts out. Not everyone that super rich uncle that just passed away, and left everything to you, so you can snatch up a fully loaded metal shop with every up-to-date machine/tool in existence......if only!
I‘m thankful enough to be using my fathers workshop every now and then 😄
I made my first knife with a file on a flimsy workbench I made in my garage 😄
But that rich uncle sure would be nice 🤔
@@NjordArtisan I started out making knives on the floor of my apartment next to me and my girlfriends bed. Don't recommend that :D
