It’s not always about catching, which is nice. But just getting out with or without company and doing what you like to do. It’s all part of the fun. Thanks for another show.
Well done mate, always better than sitting on the sofa! I always look forward to your videos every week. Keep up the good work, your videos are brilliant 🎣🐟
Another great video Dave under the conditions, at least your mate got you out the blank, the bigger fish are starting to trickle in its just being patient, it's all about getting out it's a bonus if you catch, keep it up mate, tight lines.
Thanks for the knott. Boat was Genesis. No one with sense would sail with glsd tidings. Boats fishing great this week. Shore fishing lots of knocks no fish yet,i've been out 3 times Annstead 3 blanks.
Well in mate, showing fishing as fishing is not always catching, at least the blank was beaten. Used to love fishing that beach at the back of the pikey site.
I was there 2 months ago, lowest ebb of the cycle. A bit bemused that from the bottom of the slope of the beach, it's just flat featureless sand. But at high tide, a 30yd lob to the gully where pebbles meet sand was quite productive with small stuff and the odd bass.
Seems to be a high water, larger tide shot specifically these days. I’ve seen some big bags from the South end back in the day and had decent fish through the day when it used to stay coloured up after a sea. Most folk seem to go north of the outfall these days??
Another great video Dave. When I travel up that way I always enjoy Lynemouth. Usually Hospital hole. Better luck next time PS what make are your waders ?
@@brianjackson1956 cheers Brian. Yeah not the best conditions but we gave it a crack. Waders are Vision Atom, I can’t fault them they’re great 👌🏻 thanks for watching and tight lines 🙋♂️
Hows it going matey A fished there last night few chucks on the old out flow pipe dead there was a nice little sea on last night tho but after few chucks moved to bull rock me mate managed a coalie haha just not cold enough yet a think but look forward to the next one as always 🙋♂️🎣
Is it still ok to park by the old power station? Not been up there in ages but planning on an afternoon session to blast the cobwebs away and my lass is dying yo come out too.
At the power station mate. Follow the public footpath signs next to the yellow barriers opposite the car park, go through the entrance where the two big concrete blocks are.👍
@@tomjenkinson8958 hi mate. That particular stuff was unsalted but I’ve used salted too. I think you can get results from both, personally preference I suppose. Thanks for watching, tight lines 🙋♂️
The palomar is definitely the best knot for braid used it back in the 80s for hair rigs push tag end through the eye and use it as the hair it kicks the hook out very strong knot happy day’s 👍🥸
