I sell them if ever leave a comment but I have to on this Sheaffer 300 fountain pen. I was excited to get this in a black and a colored barrel with the Ferrari shield on it paying top dollar for both. However in both cases the nib dries out in less than 24 hours with two of the wettest inks I own that work for weeks and weeks and other pens. I would not recommend this pen for that reason. And that hard start you got at the beginning of this video comes as no surprise. So you really should update this to people and say hey the capping system while it snaps shut it does not keep the nib from drying out in less than a day.

A Chinese made quasi Sheaffer fountain pen!
Well, I still reckon quasie Sheaffer is better than no Sheaffer. But yes, I do think Sheaffer can up their game a bit.
Looks like Sheaffer’s version of Pilot Prera. Somehow, it reminds me of Prera, which is a great pen as well. Much lighter though. Cheers! :)

Has a terrible cap ceiling system. Nibs in both my 300 versions dry out in less than one day with wet ink!
How does the renegade blue ink compare with Sheaffer blue ink ? This renegade blue is so nice .
