Everyone should know that many many people with endometriosis experience this pain every time they have their period. Even period pain on their ovulation, and some have a little pain everyday! Some even thinks that labor pain was slightly better than period pain.
I have endometriosis and I can say that that's true, my doctor said that my cramps are comparable to labor pain.

I live with anxiety and simply it's quite difficult when I have issues getting my anxiety meds but I must say these past few weeks while working on getting my meds... Ive gone to the post office to get my mail ate a few times in a restaurant and went shopping and it sometimes was hell and i seeked discomfort and now know i can do it... And my anxiety includes social anxiety.
I am a cheese addict i am so proud of you. These are big steps. Keep going. You are doing great. You are amazing.
