I would keep the two kitchens upstairs. I'm building, and that's what I am doing. I put a door just in case I have a big family. I open it up, but I can shut it off just in case I need it to use as airbnb when no family is there. I'm not there yet, but that is the plan
I love the idea, that was my original plan. I wasn’t fully sold on the one kitchen, and is still leaning toward the two.
