Wait for the first question. The answer to number 1a. I got 175mg because the question asked per dose. In the question it states the patient is ordered to get it every 12 hours. So I divided 350mg by 2.
I used to get confused with this also.... the question says they are getting the 5mg/kg over an hour every 12 hours. So the order is what they get every 12 hours... if you divide it by 2 they are only getting half the order, so you almost have to ignore the every 12 hours- its a distractor....
