You mean 0.6 mL in units? That would be 60 units. However, would be preferable to use a tuberculin syringe because it’s in the proper measurement and won’t confuse people. Very dangerous to measure insulin in mL!!! I suggest you don’t do this.

On a 1ml syringe, how much is 0.6mg in units? I've looked everywhere 😢
