The problem is that whenever we will learn a new language, then we push ourselves out of our comfort zone and that'swhy learning new things are difficult.
It is hard to recommend either of them . It depends on how good the teachers are. Better to check with the alumini of the institutes and ask them about the teacher. If the teachers are good then the institute will be good. Even though Goethe is very popular , the quality of lessons depends on the teacher there.

Without German language, getting a job in non technical field is very hard. I would suggest you to learn till B2 level and then apply for JSV.
