Greece can never be number 4. It does not produce most of the spare parts of the aircraft it owns. However, it neither modernizes nor produces ammunition. The economy you have is a big obstacle to using those planes. It should not be forgotten that the Greek air force did not carry out any real operations. Turkey, on the other hand, is doing all of these things

I don't understand the criteria of the present classification. In order to measure the strength (in operational terms) of an Air Force there are at least 20 different parameters such as quantity and quality of aircraft in inventory (life, technology, generation etc.), average number of operationally available aircraft , available crews per aircraft, personnel level of training, integrated logistic support (for operational availability), aircraft weapon quantity per typology, quality, serviceability, and availability, combat experience and frequency of operational training, financial strength for operational support etc. Therefore it isn't sufficient to measure and classify an Air Force only by the number and types of aircraft.

Sorry no F-35's are on order yet and we don't know the #. It's rumored to be 20-24. As much as I would like Greece to have 122 Block-70/72 Vipers, the truth is only 84 F-16's are in the process of being upgraded to Block-70/72, and that includes all of its F-16 Block 50/52. You you shorted Greece which has a total of 154 F-16's. The 24 French Rafale Greece already possesses was a big miss on this video, and that tells me that the guy posting the video copied it from an older video or outdated sources, and did not do his homework. I also noticed a couple of other mistakes for other countries but I am not going to nitpick :-)

Because it was my job...... Turkish air force 4th and Greece 7th?
Greece has Rafale, F16 Viper(Block 70),Mirage 2000-5 and F-4 upgraded.
Türkiye has a few fighter jet more but there are all ancient F-16 Block 50 or older than this version and a few F4.
Imagine that one Rafale can shot down a few F-16 with out even see it at their radars because meteor missile for example has a 250+km range!
Also Rafale and Mirage are the only planes in NATO can carry exoset and scalp cruise missiles.
I don't say Türkiye is not a powerful military country but in air Greece is way more powerful and this video is about airforce that's why I explaine the facts!
Notice also that the Greek pilots are the most decorated pilots in NATO and they rank allways in the first place at NATO exercises!
And this is the main reason why Turkey has invate in all the countries next to her except Greece!

You are right, even Greece is superior to Turkey. The author must be Turkish, otherwise there is no explanation. Even Italy, with two aircraft carriers and the third entering service in March, is below Turkey, despite Typoons and F35 A and Bs, against a Turkish tanker that only carries toy drones.

Sweden is not formally a member of Nato yet. Hopefully it is just a matter of days now until we are. I guess Sweden would be on that list. Producing fighter aircrafts, and with a very good military industry.
The Canadian Air Force has not taken possession of a new fighter jet since I was in high school . I am almost 60 now lol

At this enumeration you forgot the forces of the US Navy. These crafts are to add to the US Air Force numbers.
Tanker aircraft were not mentioned in the case of Germany, but fighter aircraft and helicopters are largely not fully operational. That's why only 6th place?

But u may check out to update your info on some AirForces.
Like for ex. in the 7th place "Greece" u didn't mention that Greek Air force have 4th+ Gen. RAFALs and the F-16s are upgraded to Viper Block 70/72 edition and all block 40 and 50 ramains will upgrade to block 52+ adv. Finaly is in the list of Europe countries that is in order the F35. In my opinion Greece need some 5th Gen. planes beecouse until 2030 Turkey will have his own 5th Gen air planes made in Turkey and in these case Turks got worst than the Chinese by that I mean the copys China make almost on EVERYTHING military, tech, etc etc cheap and bad copys. Turkey did the same thing, if u see the Turkish 5th Gen its like u see F35 with Turkish flag. Now we will see if its good copy or China type copy...or even worst than China. But the Turk are by far more advanced than almost all Europe if not ALL Europe countries in contract and build DRONES. Check out Bayraktar drone wich is AMAZING

Think, it's not just the aircraft, it's the training with the aircraft. How many times did a P-51 shoot down a German Me 262? If Germany had not had there best pilots wasted in earlier battles, they would have flown the Me 262 instead of pilots with minimal training.
