Missed the drop traveling. Glad to see you out at the end of the season. Lots to forage. We pick Craterellus tubaeformis as well (called Yellowfoot here), tasty little mushroom, great for pickling! The X-frame is brilliant! Minimum input, maximum output. Noticed the coffee filter reversed direction from your more recent choice at 30:30, and disappeared altogether by 39:00. Less important as fatigue sets in (for me it would be ;-) Fire at 21:35 is one of your best captures of the elusive beast. Simultaneously soothing and mesmerizing. Could have watched it for an hour. Always like to see little maintenance chores (shoes/blade) to make it more real. There is a reason you continue to attract more followers, you obviously love your life in the woods, and you are just really good at bringing us along! Cheers, my friend!
So entertaining, I can’t wait for the next one your creations is what’s really expiring how you sharpen eyes how you hang your tents how do you start your fires etc. keep up the good work. We look forward for the next one, Thanks Swedwoods
That meandering stream is a beautiful marvel of mother nature, almost fairy like. Great design that bucksaw, seems to work just fine with no failures. These five days were a blessing, the weather was great and so was the camping. Tarp, fire, food and solitude, hard to beat. Bring a full bag of coffee next time😉 Great filming, well done as always, thanks for the work and trip. Yep, see you next time.
Hello wild dwellers! Im glad to see that Master of forest cooking is still here its been a while since I last checked whast he cooking, the stream got me thinking how strange habits can be we had a major flood this year, I live next to the river so I always hear it before sleep and during the flood the sound was so diferent that i had a wierd filing that im somwhere else it was strange.
Always a pleasure to follow you. Looking forward to the snowy episodes that may come. Thank you for all the lovely hours you provide in calm relaxation. Cheers 🙂
Thank you for this new and spectacular video full of peace and wisdom. Buscraft in its purest form. Only as those who love him can express it. Greetings, my friend.
@ oh no, he has severe arthritis, his camping days ended long before I was born. But he was a cartographer and so did a lot of wild camping when doing his research. So it does bring him back memories.
@@JJamahJamerson I'm sorry to hear that, but equally happy to hear of his experiences. Im sure he's got lots of stories, hopefully you can carry the flame on! my name is Harry Btw. Lovely speaking with you. thank you for sharing about your grandpa.
My soul is transformed by your videos! I get a tingly feeling under my belly button as I join you on your journey of self discovery and acknowledgement of nature's wonderfulness! It soothes my mind and I can feel my spirit being rejuvenated over and over and over and over again!
Esses vídeos, salvaram minha saúde mental na pandemia. Trabalhei na linha de frente. E quando chegava em casa , era só o que me acalmava , me dava Paz . Desde então, acompanho e aprendi muita coisa. Gratidão. Seu trabalho é maravilhoso.
hi brenda. I'm just reading through the comments as they inspire me to keep focused on my new journey teaching bushcraft. your comment touched me as one of the reason i want to do this is to reach people that wish to connect with nature but maybe can't. i don't know your situation but i pray you find your joy and if possible, i hope you can enjoy the forrest in person soon
Good vid good eats good simple camps. Enjoyed very much relaxing watching you work. haha. good job on the saw. next time all good from east Kentucky USA
you'll be hooked now. most simple and calming videos. i started watching a few years ago, and i watch them all when i can. I got my camera and started filming my own because of swedwoods and a few others.
Hee yay Swedwoods!...great video and tutorial! Hey I like that saw you made...plus the woods pieces has got character in it...ready for the snowfall adventures 😀 👍🏔🏕
I’m late to the party but I made it . Don’t see you use tarps very often. Probably lighter than the ponchos though. Bees wax or mink oil in the tin ? Looked like an old hunting stand you came across. The camera looking down from the sky really shows how minuscule man truly is in nature . Thanks for sharing your trip . Have a great evening
Hello my friend. Much greetings from Moose Jaw 🫎. It was a good start in the weekend, seeing a new video from you. You picked the last berries before winter . I think soon it will start to snow. Thursday is Halloween, which is the time when the weather changes here. I think you are next with snow. Nice video like always. Take care of yourself and your family. Bye bye 👍
This new vid is,again, a true piece of northern nature. Enjoying the woods and perfecting the skills among the spruces is better. Nice area, top gear, top movie. 🌲 Ps: so much looks like my area from Northern France.
❤🎉🎉 Hello. It's very beautiful here, it's very cold but you can still camp and cook. That's amazing. Wishing you happiness and health for your new trips🏕🏔🏔🏕
Hello Swedwood.. always enjoy your videos very relaxing to watch.. I still say different locations are the best.. I couldn't believe how your bacon 🥓 shrunk to nearly half 😳 anyways wishing you a wonderful weekend ❤
Interesting silent video. I was thinking that creek is too loud to do any audio and then I realized there wasn’t any. Beautiful scenery and a nice outdoor experience. Thanks 🎸🔪
I watch your Videos for years and always wondering how you deal with bears and wolfs? When i am outdoors, sometimes i worring about wild hogs.😅 Greetings from Germany. And thanks for your great work! It inspired me to do Bushcraft. It matched perfectly with fishing. Especially here in Brandenburg. Cheers 👋
Hello from Oklahoma! Another fine video! I just came back from a Five day adventure myself. It was fun to watch yours and compare. We are still very dry, (fire ban), and hot, 90 degrees Fahrenheit, during the day. Yours looks like a much more fun, relaxing trip. I've watched your videos for some time now and have always wanted to ask what kind of a red handled knife you are using? It looks longer than most of the mora's I see. Thanks for all you do! Safe travels! God Bless!

Yes, a beautiful video. While watching I have become sad. I feel ancient and alone, no longer physically able to go for long walks in the woods.
Then find a short trip to a natural area you can sit and enjoy. Maybe near water….a lake or river view. Nature heals. Best to you!
Thanks!
