What temperature are you baking. Did you sand and prep before powder coating. ? I have 4 Toyota Tacoma wheels like to have them coated

Blasted with Aluminum Oxide/Glass Bead mix, powder coated and then baked at 400 deg. farenheit for 20 min. I wipe every thing down with Acetone and a lint free rag before applying powder coat.

I've never held the HF but just got the Eastwood and the grip on the Eastwood is garbage. The gun itself works fine but the handle is very uncomfortable with poor ergonomics.

HF gun is the same, possibly worse even because of where the hopper sits, just feels off balance. But I still use both with the Diffuser Kit on them and just got used to the crappy grip. Thanks for watching and commenting!

so how did you mod the difuser???

I redesigned the shape and material of the defuser to help with better charging and dispersion of the powder particles. I'll do a video over it if enough viewers request it.
