If your HVAC is properly installed...you wouldn't have any hot or cold spots. There's actually a calculation that is used to figure everything out...down to size of the ductwork, vents, returns, furnace, etc.
@@MissieandAkeem that's why it is important to get a copy of the permit plans. It'll tell you what size ducts you're supposed to have in order to meet air pressure standards. An independent inspector would be able to tell you if the blower or the duct sizes are sufficient. Most city inspectors are great, but i doubt they test the air pressure.

Well considering you have other areas of the home to watch television, you can still put up decor that will cover up the TV. For 1 to 2 months (depending on how soon you start your decor for Christmas) just do not use that TV.

No such thing as not in the blueprint. Get a copy of the architectural plans or the permit plans from the builder or the city, and you'll see where everything needs to be...down to what size nail to use.
My daughter had to add a mantle because the linear fireplace was over heating the television. No rain shower for me…I’m black! 🤣 Great video. I laughed right along with y’all!
OMG Yes...the fireplace getting too hot was an issue and the fireplace company had just released a modification to prevent that and allowed for the TV to be 12" from the fireplace fight before we built

Been here a year now, no neck issues from anyway 😁. As a matter of fact our previous house before the move we had a tv maybe a little bit higher and everyone’s necks seemed to be intact. 👍🏾
