I'm an amateur, no serious athletic background, 30-60 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week, and I (as well as many friends and family) have seen incredible results because of the crossfit methodology. More muscle than I could ever put on, more strength, and more conditioning than ever before. You should try it.
If the guy in the background wants to get to the point of doing this workout in 1:10 with 135 just like Noah, would he be better off working on it a lot with 135 and taking 5-10 minutes on it until he gets it faster and faster or would he get there sooner if he picked a weight he could already do it in 1:10 and then gradually increase the weight from week to week or month to month? I think it's the latter but I could be wrong.
Also they arent giving him the record because it was more of a clean and jerk than snatch so they're calling it grace. Which is bullshit in my opinion but oh well
