Hi! thanks for your videos! They´re great! I just bought the Cafemasy, and i saw you set your home roaster on 240°C. Is this because it is ET? Did you measured your BT? I´m a little confused, because I´m a begginer, and read that you must start on 150°C. Greetings!
Hi. I never set on the first at 150°C. Always use 200 or 210 then stepping to 215 - 220 - 225 - 230 - 235 - 240. Or you can start at 240°C, 13 minutes or ten minutes or medium or dark roast in 15 minutes. Or you can use any variables, like 150 for the first one minute and so on and so on for 160 170 180 190 200 220 230 240. You can do any variable you want, i think. Anyway, i dont have tool to measured BT or specifically for ET. Only using this machine. That's it.
