Thank you for sharing the video. We also had similar issue. Once a week use for about 11 months, and after providing all details including a video of issue, they told us that the issue isn't covered by warranty.
Pretty sure that's their standard reply to any issue. My conclusion is that they aren't a real company with any real policy. Just a couple of tools that figured out to make things in China.
At least yours turns on. Mine will come on for a second then no power. If i open the basket then close it, it'll turn on then shut back off. And yep about 10 months in it started to fail. Trash day is tomorrow.

Brother in law had same problem, and just shook it really hard and it turned on.... but we did not cook with it for fear of fire.

Believe it's a one year warranty. Call and start a claim.
Mine just started doing it today. I got it at a Christmas party about a year and a half ago. What a piece of garbage I'll never buy this brand.

Exactly, they asked for a video of it and documentation only to say "too bad". They're a terrible company with a crappy product.
