They already posted one of Max v George, basically Max took pole because of traction out of the last corner, was able to get the power down way earlier.
it would be more interesting to see latifi/russel side by side qualifying onboards, to see how the two cars were behaving on the track, see setup/engine mode difference etc
That was a delicate dance between understeer and over steer, carrying alot of speed into the corner and let the car understeer to the edge of the track. I think he pushed the car beyond what it is capable of and did it brilliantly

He positioned the car in a way that allowed the loss of grip to naturally take him to where he wanted to be at various different points during the lap, most commonly on corner exit. Being beyond the limit is very much possible. He is referring to the limits of grip, not the absolute maximum pace that could potentially be extracted from the car.

I saw a comparison of each of their laps with telemetry and that William's top speed is non-existent Yet in a top speed focused track he beat a 7 time world champion
difference in set up. the Williams was running with a high down force setup due to the rain, gambling on the fact that it will rain on raceday too. the others ran lower down force, as is the norm in spa, so they can survive if there its dry as well.

imo truly one of the best qualifying f1 laps ever. Not be that fast but in such a handy-capped (no disrespect to Williams but knew this car wouldn't typically qualify on the front row) machine I'm highly impressed.
