i have replaced the menstrual cup travelling around Japan and had to empty and reinsert it on the airplane on the way to Japan. And Japan is the best place to travel on your period with a menstrual cup since there are a lot of toilets (CR) and their toilets are always very clean in Japan. Never had any problems.
Coming back here ‘cause Ms. Arah introduced me in using MC because of this vlog. Now, I am almost 2 years using MC and I was able to encourage my mom in using it too. It was really a life changing decision.

Ano po gamit niyong cup? I usually insert my index finger, if kaya mo abutin hanggang rim, press the body of the cup to release the suction. Then pinch the bottom using index and thumb, wiggle and tug while pinching hanggang sa lumabas. Hope it helps!
i struggled too pero the most effective way is umire! iire then look for the stem of the cup. hold it then irelease yung ire but wag bbitawan yung cup then pull it down slowly.. ire ulit until you can touch the base then pinch it. :)

I'm trying the cheap ones ate pero still struggling pa sa pag insert. Hindi ka po ba naiirita sa tail ng cup ate? Pwede ba gupitin ng sagad? Di kaya ako mahihirapan tanggalin yun. I love you ate ! ❤️
You can cut the tail until you are comfortable enough, If nag sstruggle ka try to use other types of folds, relax ka lang when inserting the cup kasi pag tense ka tumitigas yung muscles mo down there, Also beware sa cheap ones lalo na if that product is not FDA approve, You can always use a Generic brand naman but I advice to not use it for more than 1 year, better switch to the one's that FDA approve dahil mas safe sya.

As mentioned in the video, iba po yung butas na nilalabasan ng ihi... We have 3 holes na para sa dugo, sa ihi, at sa tae. Kaya it is still comfortable parin kapag iihi ka habang nasa loob mo ang cup.

Hugasan with soap then pakuluan , punas let it dry tapos pwede mo na gamitin ulit.
