    Sounds like the MV7 has more of a low end. Would you recommend shelling out the extra 80 bucks for recording guitar cabs?

      If you're looking for a fatter lower end, I'd say "yes". On the other hand many people like to reign in lower frequencies in guitar recordings, because they feel the low end interferes with the bass guitar's sound.

      @@Kitarablogi I see that is a good point, I have been recording directly in through a fender mustang gtx 100 going into a scarlett solo. I mostly play clean stuff so that's why I am instrigued by this mic for the low end reason.
