Sorry stupid question but do you then glue the bike people on top of the paint??
Apologies for late reply. With These models I do. Its not the greatest 'seal' but it just make painting them so much easier. You can mask off the contact areas for plastic glue is you wanted, but the models kindof snap into place quite well.
