I could not stop eating the chicken on its own but I ended up using jar sauce instead of doing the sauce recipe but I think I will be using the source recipe this time as after I shared a photo of the chicken on my Facebook and had others ask me for the recipe, it came up in my memories so I went out and got the ingredients straight away so I’ll be looking forward to making that with my support workers next week

Yes you can! You can deep fry it and keep it in fridge or freezer for later use. Before serving it can be air-fry or deep fry until the coating is crispy golden.
Hello your recipes are wonderful and the video is great too, but I would suggest that you do something about the audio/voice recording which sounds very muffled and the music is also too loud compared to your voice, this would help with your wonderful cooking skills. Thank you
I don't think it would be ok to use air fryer before frying in the oil for this recipe. If you do not like to deep fried, I suggest to shallow fry them and put them in the air fryer.

@Khin can you use any flour for this because some people say you can only get them like the takeaway if you use Green Dragon?
You can use any brand for plain flour. I use normal plain flour for this recipe. Thank you.

Last step i ran out of cornstarch and used flour to coat chicken as a replacement. I will let you know how it works out.

air fryers arent actually anything special. they do the exact same thing a toaster oven does.
The "cup" is a bit of a vague measurement, how much does one of these cups support?
Can you reheat them at all? I want to make them for my mother in law but she lives an hour away and we cannot fry at her house.
