Well, I bought one. Now the wait. Interesting fact: other than aircraft, my rifle is the only thing I operate that isn't REQUIRED to have a muffler. Lawn mower, tractor, chainsaws, weed-whipper, snow-blower, automobiles, motorcycles, pick-up truck. Rough count of 22 mufflers. Just saying.
So, the obvious question would be to Raptor or to Warthog? So is one "quieter"? Is it a matter of stainless vs Ti? Cost? What is your opinion? Ps. My main use will be for 30 cal and 5.56 and yes cost is a factor.
I literally set next to a 6.5 prc in a shooting school for 3 days and he had a 8 ban 5 inch on the back about suppressor if he was the only one shooting for a little bit everybody in the class would remove there ear protection. That thing was amazeung.
Which one to choose the warthog or the raptor? Both seem like a good product. For the money the warthog appears to be the same sound reduction at half the cost.
I'm going to hypothesize if you were to put this and their Raptor head-to-head under night vision, the Warthog would have a lower flash/spark signature thanks to the absence of titanium and maybe glow less after a short string of fire too. How much, I don't know. What are your thoughts?
How would you say this compares with their raptor line? I have a dedicated 5.56 10 stack raptor so I’m curious how this new one compares to the raptor line in terms of weight and sound/flash suppression
I would say that it’s roughly comparable in performance to the base can without the reflex . It is heavier because it’s steel. But it also has the advantage of the mounts.
Do you only or mostly shot 22cal centerfire? If so your one in a million I don't think I've ever known someone who started with a 5.56 first. Hell I'm kinda different and started with a Wolfman before a rimfire. Then went 30cal then rimfire .
That flash signature is kinda bad. I'm looking for a can and my main concerns are backpressure and flash signature. Keep wondering if I should wait for the rc3 in a few months. Also, are you getting the yhm t3?
How about no background music so we can really hear what is going on because background music in the video is not conducive to us hearing what’s actually happening.

Did you get it?
I saw this last weekend at suppressor fest in Florida. I will be getting one.
🤘
Thanks for the research and the work!

It sounds amazing!!

Did AB do the hub mount or did you have a machinist do it.
Just found you great video (you got me) my type of gun guy
How is it possible that the AB Raptor has so little recoil reduction when it has the same design and similar weight as the AB Warthog? 6:04
Raptor is titanium. Ti weighs less than 17-4.

I would say likely true.
We love our AB Raptor 8 . Who picked the 70s porn music ? 😂

Tried to watch on rumble but it wasn't up yet.
When is the release date?
Do you have a video up on that acog? Or are you planning on doing one?
Looks like a decent can!
I bought the 762 and the 556 just have to wait now
How's the 5.56?
is it worth getting both? how much quieter is the 556 than the 762 on a 556 gun?
What part number Reardon mount did you use for 556?
thinking about getting a can for my 308 bolt gun. does it cause extra fouling in the action like with a di gun? have you tried the oss suppressors?
Powertac is awesome!
I’m looking for the build info on that 6.5 creedmore?

Thank you
Can you do bushmasters muta 5.56 can I been thinking of getting that as my first suppressor

@@VSO_Gun_Channel appreciate it

@@bobborlog1677 My first can was a pinned and welded Sig SUR300 LVAW upper. What do I win?
@@chiefro7 you stand to win everything call it heads or tails. that's definitely not a typical 1st can for sure.
Wolfman or Omega 36M for the 9 mm 🤷🏾♂️
How do you jailbreak a can?
Ever seen Shawshank Redemption?
@@gregmcb5305 I believe it has a removable back cap so you can switch it out to fit a wider variety of calibers

That's a 7.62 can on a 5.56. They 5.56 actually has killer flash signature.
It’s really not, AB has a comparison video to nights armament, Dead air, sure fire, and it was second best of the four
My SAI suppressor is doing a wonderfull job on my 222 Rem.
🖖🏻🇫🇷😎🇫🇷😎🇫🇷🖖🏻
Why you playing music on a video where you are showing how quiet a can is? Couldn't here anything because the music was so loud
I hope you noticed your flinch...
I’m tired of suppressors videos playing music
You think you are missing something?
Maybe you can use “The Sound of Silence” next time.
@@VSO_Gun_Channel nice video but the ending scene would be nice to hear the steel ring when firing. Just my opinion.
