💀 IWHBYD - The HARDEST Skull to get:
⚠️ Effect: "Unlocks additional and hidden dialogues during gameplay."
💀 Thunderstorm:
⚠️ Effect: "Promotes all enemies to their highest rank, making them tougher."
💀 Catch:
⚠️ Effect: "Enemies throw grenades more frequently."
💀 Grunt Birthday Party:
⚠️ Effect: "Headshotting a Grunt triggers a festive explosion with children's cheers."
💀 Famine:
⚠️ Effect: "Weapons dropped by enemies have half ammo."
💀 Envy:
