Can I just keep my selected weekly watering days and delete the interval and odd/even days functions ?

Sure, you can start a program based on days of the week, interval days, or odd/even days if that make sense for you.

I just don't understand a (probably obvious) thing. If we want odd, it'll irrigate every 2nd day. If we chose even, same. So, what is the practical reason on choosing odd over even or vice versa? 😅 I hope my question makes sense.

Some cities or water agencies restrict which days you can water. Ie, 1940 Diamond can water on even days and 1943 Diamond can water on odd days. You may want to use the interval option for true every other day watering.
