I dont get a list menu. My tablet goes from the blue screen saying "installing system updates" to a black screen saying fail to open recovery cause(no such file or directory)" at the top. Then back to the blue screen and continues to loop. Can anyone help

If it is a software problem this may help you but you lose everything and if the problem is hardware you need to go to a repairman to fix it.
