Inside Frank Lloyd Wright’s Iconic Fallingwater House | Condé Nast Traveler
That's too much,...I'd love it, and live there. A Frank Lloyd beautiful MASTERPIECE. Wow.
Thanks go to My Art Appreciation instructor for sharing this gem. Needless to say, I earned a letter grade of an "A" and a love for Art that will NEVER fade away.
I'm pleased to see such an impressive mansion continually being maintained till this day. I'm used to watching abandoned places exploration videos on youtube and can't tell you how many large mansions and other buildings have been deserted and left to decay - so depressing! Wright's ghost must feel so privileged that his house has received such an honor where so many others don't!
In the THIRTIES?!! WOW this guy was FAR future thinking!!
That's because back then people had not turned into zombies by TV shows and their Xboxes. People actually used the power of their imaginations and turned their visions in to reality.
@@TSD0416 People back then also didn't have Xboxes or the advanced technology that we have today....there are people today that are dreamers that strive to turn their visions into reality. Frank Lloyd Wright isn't the only revolutionist the world has to offer and he certainly won't be the last.
Check the Robie House. That was made in 1910
The house looks modern even by today's standards
when i was there 20 yrs ago, there was not enf water to hear it. that was rare.
This was cool and amazing but too short
Beautiful 👍🏿 It's really creative.
Beautiful 💓
it would always make me need the bathroom.
amazing
Fascinating that this house was build in 1939 🤯
I visited there in Autumn 🍂 2019
GO SEE IT!
The only thing that bothers me is why are the ceilings are so low? Otherwise amazing !
Probably because back in the day people were smaller.
It was Lloyd's design decision to make it blend into the landscape.
it sucks
