The past months was the hardest of my spiritual life😭, I felt short from the glory of God and I felt so dirty, unworthy for His love and Grace.. But Jesus continued to persue me, to remind me of the work He accomplished at the cross and I responded to His call and I experienced His Grace, Love and care. I'm now again working on my salvation as the word urges us and He's also working on me to desire and have power to do what pleases Him. I repented to god with my best friends at the park. I prayed to him when I got home, I felt his presence at the park and in home. All my guilt was from the devil and I’m not letting that get to me. Faith is never leaving from me because that faith is for god and Jesus. Remember guys, I wasn’t ready and was guilty and always believing in god, repent. Pray to him, and you will find his presence, I promise! :)
This is so weird haha.. Because I actually thought today "I'm finally ready".. I always had fears of meeting boys.. and I usually run away from them.. and this Friday I am about to meet one in person.. We first met on online date app, and we talk for more than 4 weeks.. Maybe we will be just friends or end up as something more, but most important is Gods will whatever happens 💫.. It's interesting that I always felt fear and anxiety when I was about to meet someone.. and now I have just strange peace inside my heart 💕 (and Yours video about things that will happen when God says "Yes" just popped up right before this one!). To those who are ready to be blessed with this, I am happy for you. As for me, it is not to be....His answer was no, so I must learn contentedness, and learn to live with it.
I really think God said I am ready! I’m not perfect but I have learned to put God first, and keep reaching for a better relationship with him. I wanted a relationship and God tested me and ask would I give the man up for him or would I give God up for a man? I struggled and didn’t listen to God 2 times, I even talked to other men after that that I knew God said No he had someone better. I finally realized that God wanted me to have a relationship with him first. Once I did God told me I was ready for marriage! It might happen 2 years from now or 10 but God said I am ready now! I am only 19 now and I didn’t even know I was ready because I am so young, but God has shown me that I have grown and matured a huge amount in just one year! Thank you Jesus!
I’m currently pursuing my MSW ( Social Work) and have been thinking of getting my license . I’ve been going back and forth on what population I want to work with - children or elderly ? I heart always goes back to kids - but I’ve been hesitant because while I know you’re not going to be rich on a SW salary , I at least want to be comfortable . I’m worried that I might struggle financially if I decide to stick with youth - especially at risk/non profit. But I really can’t see myself doing anything else and have even been having dreams of myself with my own private practice centered on adolescences & focuses on a trauma focus lens . I really hope but I’m also still hesitant

I agree! I will put my trust in Him alone. It is unfortunate that in the past, I was unequally yoked. Through my prayer and reading of the word, I see just what God wants for me. I spent to much time giving myself away to someone, who did not understand or see my value. I now know my body, mind, heart and life belong to my creator.

I’m really glad for this. I kind of breathed a sigh of relief that there is no “arrival place of ready”. Just continuous growth. How do you define being healed from previous relationships? Is that an arrival place?
I think once you want to start a new relationship and are no longer letting past wounds dictate current decisions you are ready :)

To those who are ready to be blessed with this, I am happy for you. As for me, it is not to be....His answer was no, so I must learn contentedness, and learn to live with it.
I really think God said I am ready! I’m not perfect but I have learned to put God first, and keep reaching for a better relationship with him. I wanted a relationship and God tested me and ask would I give the man up for him or would I give God up for a man? I struggled and didn’t listen to God 2 times, I even talked to other men after that that I knew God said No he had someone better. I finally realized that God wanted me to have a relationship with him first. Once I did God told me I was ready for marriage! It might happen 2 years from now or 10 but God said I am ready now! I am only 19 now and I didn’t even know I was ready because I am so young, but God has shown me that I have grown and matured a huge amount in just one year! Thank you Jesus!
I’m currently pursuing my MSW ( Social Work) and have been thinking of getting my license . I’ve been going back and forth on what population I want to work with - children or elderly ?
I heart always goes back to kids - but I’ve been hesitant because while I know you’re not going to be rich on a SW salary , I at least want to be comfortable . I’m worried that I might struggle financially if I decide to stick with youth - especially at risk/non profit.
But I really can’t see myself doing anything else and have even been having dreams of myself with my own private practice centered on adolescences & focuses on a trauma focus lens . I really hope but I’m also still hesitant
