This collection of videos were taken throughout the Sussex County coastline and Slaughter Beach. Footage from Bethany Beach, Rehoboth, Fenwick Island, Cape Henlopen, Bower and more. The bay area is also home to Fenwick Island. It's lighthouse dates back to 1859-making it the oldest in the state. Fenwick Island is right on the DE/MD state line, just beyond Ocean City. Fenwick Island is among the most cleanest beaches in the region. Not included here but definitely worth looking into along the Delaware Bay, is the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. It's an 80 minute cruise that carries cars. At the other end, check out another coastal town-Cape May.
@@sc5216 I believe this was late summer. Lots of beaches in Delaware are very quiet, or with no one at all. Broadkill Beach is a good one as well as Slaughter. Bizarre names, but possibly just what you're looking for.
Thanks so much for the wonderful words! Those are terrific places! I discovered Delaware, and traveled all over the amazing state. There's so many great places. But don't tell anyone. Let's keep it a secret. lol So happy you enjoy my videos =)

Added approximations. Hope this helps. Thank you
@@nodulldays Hi, I don't see the approximations. Can you just create and pin a comment of you posting the beaches in numerical order?

What time of year was this? Looking for beaches you can walk on with no other people.

Love your videos! Thank you for the nostalgic moments. Grew up in Newark, Delaware and frequented Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey and Bethany beaches. 💗🐈⬛🩴🏖️🏂

Are there shells or sea glass at any of the Delaware beaches?!
can someone identify area @8.50 ?
I believe that was Slaughter Beach neighborhood.
Parts of video too fast, others slow.
