    Hey, since I value your opinion I wanna ask something. Is it true that traditional akhara/kushti pehalwans do 2k or 3k squats or any such exercise with reps in thousands everyday which normally people claim? I wanna know reality about reps of an exercise that Pehalwan/akhara boys do? Plz reply.

      I know... not all claims can be trusted... it is the internet 😂
      But yeah 1000 ...2000 reps is real... but it's one of those things ..really fit athletes will do occasionally and it takes time ( Not in one Stretch)...they do it in instalments... still impressive as hell ✌️

    bro like because of gyming my shin muscle and calves are so stiff that it pains when i am in chokdi 🧘 and after this i try to open my leg the shin and the calve hearts like hell and i cant open them have to hoop for some time .... so please make a video or give link of any video you made on streching these muscles 😭😭😭 PLEASE
