I learned how to do some basic editing during the pandemic. Then I started to watch this channel and I learned so much more. Now I am paying my rent from editing. I mostly edit live stand-up comedy.
@@vigi1319 there is actually more people wanting to create content. Not everyone who records themselves know how to edit it. There is currently a shortage of editors.
@@thelagginglucker3224 I'm lucky in that regard. I'm a stand up comedian myself so I'm kind of in that world. But as I was learning I did dozens of people's stuff for free. Those people told other people about me and they passed my name around. Not I work with people I've never met or haven't previously known. Those comedians do other things besides just their stand up like podcast, man on the street, skits, stuff like that. But I started out doing everyone's stuff for free just so I can learn and keep improving.
I understand this is PREMIERE basics, but it's much easier to separate the layers on Photoshop and exporta as PNGs. I try to avoid complicated masks in premiere as much as I can. But anyways, great video as always!
This was freaking awesome! It was way too fast for me to learn just by watching, so I'll have to circle back to practice everything step-by-step at a later time. But I didn't realize how much could be done with premiere pro. Freaking awesome. Thank you...
I have masked the boat as you said but I could not move the boat if I tried I move the masked area but was unable to move the boat anywhere and there is no arrow key when I try to move the boat please help me 😓😓
I have the exact same problem. Hit v as a keyboard shortcut to change to the pointer but then it just moves the blue mask outline around. What are we missing?
I am just a beginner. I can implement my idea into a video. But most fantastic trics in my video happen by a error and I never can repeat it unless I figure how that error happened.
What is your MOST used effect in Premiere Pro? 👇🤔
The lumetri color

Will you start a new channel named resolve basics ? Because I kind of want to switch. People saying it's better
Hello
Can you make like a roadmap on how to start premiere pro ?
Like what to do Frist etc like that
To group the layers together right click on the timeline and select nest
after using the pen tool how do you move the object? its not letting me.
I mean I guess this is possible, or a good way to learn, I don't know, but I would just do this type of stuff on after effects! 😅
Amazing ❤❤
How these amazing channel have just 322k
You're awesome 👍🤩
how did he mirror the boat after the mask ?
Hold on a minute . How do you animate the cat ?

Hey Jordy it's awesome, but now you can cut whole boat thanks to new AI tools
The fastest way is by watching and subscribing to this channel. ❤
"wow" isn't enough... but I'm out of words..
helpful
If you know photoshop Everything is easy 😁😁
You reminded me why i dont do animations, its too much work 😂
i thereby announce JORDY is the best teacher
I am having a problem at 0:55 I created a mask but I can not move the boat it moves the mask
That's probably because you still have the mask selected. In the effect controls, click on motion (all the way on top). Now you can move the boat :)

This kind of content is good for getting ideas what can be done with tutorial for an experienced user but for beginner its complete waste of time.
