- In this episode I am getting ready in Dakar for the next leg of my journey around the African continent - my Honda CRF300 Rally needs a service after all the riding in the Sahara. The fine Sahara dust gets everywhere, including the tank and fuel pump!

IMPORTANT - When I announced in the video when I arrived in Dakar that I would need a break to prepare for the next part of Africa, I also realized I needed to change something to keep my channel running while I travel through some tough parts of world. Please check my full post on Instagram about this topic (@itchybootstravel) but the bottomline is that I will go back to TWO videos per week instead of three. Every Wednesday and Sunday I will release a video from now on ♥️ Let’s go, IT’S TIME FOR AFRICA! 💪
Concentrate on your journey and riding and let the editing take the back seat to your adventure.
yeah plz make them long . atleast 30 min
Good to see u back. Have safe trip. Looking forward to ur vlogs
We are happy to see you again Noraly and to once again join in on your travels! Even though I will miss the Monday, Wednesday, Friday videos I understand that it is a lot of work and you need your rest to stay safe and healthy. Enjoy your journey and share the number of videos per week that works for YOU!
Take care out there, you are AWESOME! ❤
Thank goodness you're taking this stressful burden off your shoulders. Burning out isn't fun! Two videos a week is more than generous considering how much effort you put editing etc. Salute!
WE MISSED YOU NORALY!!!, Glad you're back, hope you get the much needed rest
Speak for yourself
All is right with the world. Noraly is back on the grid and I can once again live vicariously through her amazing adventure. This is a remarkable lady who opens windows that allow us to view the world thru a lens otherwise unobtainable.
Very well articulated Frank. I am a changed person because of what she has taught me and shown us through her videos.
You guys are delusional
I was going through withdrawals from not seeing you! I was thinking about you last night and today here you are! What a wonderful surprise! I'm 72 years old and loving every moment of your trips..I've watched you from the beginning of your UA-cam travels.. You're beyond courageous!! Love you Noraly!🌹 God be with you on your journeys!
I am turning 72 in a few days time. At 19 in 1971 I travelled from London to Cape Town. Have just returned from a trip in my Land Cruiser 2 weeks on the Orange River and the Richtersveld wild camping. We are never too old..Keep travelling….xxx
Don't ever believe what fox news feeds you ... black or white we are the same look at this young lady freely travelling around Africa
So great to continue this adventure, and do not worry about the reduced number of episodes, hell id be happy with One a week as long as you are safe, well and mentally happy! Keep on doing whatever you need to do Noraly 🙏🏽
Spoken like a true fan 🤩
olooo
We appreciate your effort and hard work. Stay safe while traveling.
Enjoyed the "behind the scenes" MC maintenance, after all its part of the adventure. Props to Noraly for wrenching alongside the mechanics!
I am a disabled vet and I have gotten inspiration from watching her and her travels. So much so I recently decided to try and take a trip across America on the national trails with a quad electric recumbent bike . I wish her safe travels and best wishes some of those countries are not that safe in Africa and I hope she stays away from the border with Burk and Mali. Quite a bit of kidnapping for random come along those borders. Nigeria is supposed to not be safe for foreigners either.
Good luck on your journey
It is great to hear that you are going to have an adventure based on inspiration from Noraly. I am getting into motorcycling this summer and have put a deposit down on a new bike. Take care!
safe travels
Thank you!
With a quad !!! That´s a nice idea. Take care and have fun !
🇮🇹 Here WE are, again, folks! Gooood Afternoon, Noraly, Internet, sisters and brothers, let’s gooooo, as usual! 🇮🇹
Here we go00000!!!
Here we go again 🤗🤗🤗🇿🇦
Wonderful place to find myself this morning 😊
Missed you Noraly❤...Can't wait... Brap brap brap😊
Hello, lets go together once more!!
The adventure continues! Thanks for taking us along!
Honda should name this off-road bike 'Honda Noraly'
I have the utmost respect and appreciation for a Girl/Woman who wrenches on her own motor bike....!
Our lives can return to some kind of normality!!! - it's been tough without Norally!!!
I think you were trying to get to Norality. 🤣 "Fools rush in ...."
Right? Luckily, thanks to Noraly, I also am following Charlie Sinewan, and he is always entertaining.
@@kendonahve924 Damn
You mean that we can return to some kind of Noraly-ity!😉
I was telling my wife the other day how much I miss itchy boots.
2 quality episodes per week is still a monumental task. Keep safe and ride on😊
So glad to see you after your break. You look more rested. Happy you are taking care of yourself by reducing your load to two episodes a week. You are the best and much appreciated. We want what is best for your health and happiness.
Oooh God I have never missed someone so much in my life. Welcome back Noraly. Love from us all in Zimbabwe
Funny I was thinking exact same thing. She has that lovable attractive personality. She reaches the heart, not just the mind
Very cool comment
Noraly is making a lot of motorcycle shop owners very happy! Rides into town, hands her bike to the shop owner and tells him replace everything! They must be amazed. Who the hell is this crazy woman? Noraly you are a shining star wherever you go! Safe travels young lady!
Also the fact that she is hands on with helping work on her bike in the shoppe she receives much respect there,, In any US the shoppe, they would be worried about their liability insurance or worse damage to their male employees tender macho little ego's having a hands on woman helping R&R on her own machine..Again much respect to The Dakar shoppe and Noraly for being so intimately involved & interactive with the whole experience of motorbiking around this wonderous planet.
I agree, money comes to easily !
Calm down and take your meds x
This shop got some pretty good used tires out of the deal, and they certainly won't go to waste.
I have ridden a motorcycle just enough on Foreign soil to appreciate how amazing you are. Thanks! Loving every minute.
Bello Noraly, welcome back. We missed you but what is important is that we hope you had a good rest. Take care, Cape Town, South Africa.
We are so happy to see you again Noraly and by the looks of you, the break had done you good.
Alaska is definitely thanking you for the TLC.
If you are ready, we are too, for that next leg of the adventure....
Your free spirit has taken you places many of us only dream about. You are one very brave soul. Wishing you safe travels.
Здравствуйте, Noraly! 💐Вы вернулись! Это Счастье, большая Радость...
I said to my wife, “Great! Noraly is back to posting her wonderful videos.” Wife to me, “So are you going to be happy again?” YUP!! 😅
Brave, courageous lady doing this all on your own. I've enormous respect and appreciation for your effforts. Having traveled overland through Africa back in 2001/2, these a LOT of admin, planning and vehicle issues to address to make one's life easier, and safer. Wishing you a fantastic, smooth ride ahead Noraly! Blessings always 🙏 ✨
Alska refreshed, Noraly refreshed , Ride on Noraly.!❤
Noraly, such an inspiring person. You show us all what can be achieved if we put our minds to it. Amazing content throughout your series. 👌
HAPPY TO SEE AGAIN AFTER LITTLE BREAK
"Without problems it would just be boring, right?" Noraly describing the perfect attitude for travellers.
Why we love this channel.
Every time I see you helping in servicing Alaska I am reminded of a poster in an auto shop I
visited several years ago. Labor rate $100 an hour, if you watch $150 an hour, if you help
$200 an hour. Brings a big smile!
Thank you for taking us along on these interesting tours. At 2mins 23 seconds , partially captured the area in which I am staying in senegal. That made me so happy
Anyone else wondering how she stays so cool driving trough Dakar traffic and narrating at the same time?? My road rage mind would have 🤯 😂
My thoughts exactly!
Riding in so many country's, Noraly won't be surprised by anything. My experience is that riding in a big city is a big challenge.
Especially when people are going to there work full with stress.
""Not much sightseeing "" ? Au contraire ! You gave us a splendid tour of Dakar . Thankyou so much .
She doesn't care she's happy to ride and she's a woman, she knows how to deal with ten different matters at the same time.
Traffic in Dakar, New York, London, Tokyo, Lagos - same challenge. Hence she avoids big cities everywhere she had gone.
This subscriber, along with I’m sure tens of thousands of others missed your intelligent, informative, personable and just plain old likable self. That section getting to Dakar had to have had your mind going at warp speed. Glad you took time to collect your thoughts, get necessary maintenance done, so that you can enjoy the next part of your journey with confidence. Welcome Back 🙌🏻
Well said ~ she is our girl, filled with determination!
Good to see you back👍🏻 One tough bike and one tough girl🤗
Me and my wife We Love you Noraly. Be Lucky & Hapilly during you very hard journey. 🌹🥇👸🍀🕊☘️🇸🇰
Welcome back Noraly, we all missed you. And I agree with you knocking it down to two days a week. Maybe it will give you a little more time to enjoy the moment you find yourself in.
Welcome back Noraly. You are a brave soul. For those of us who live on this continent we have a saying, “Africa ain’t for sissies!” Praying for your safety as you tackle the next stage. Be safe. 🕊✝️
It won’t be the same but it’s better than nothing. I always look forward to your videos.
Thank you “Itchy Boots “.
Honda should at the end of your trip take your bike and put it in a museum and then give you a new one. The reliability of Honda is very good and you Noraly are a excellent ambassador for them.
Been looking forward to another Itchy Boots video! Thanks Noraly for the best adventure channel on UA-cam! Much love to everyone and their families from Cedar City Utah USA currently 🤠💪🙏🏵️🤠
It was very strange, the many people commenting on your last video wondering where you are.. when you literally told them at the end of the video you were taking a break. did they even watch the video? lol There is also a slew of people who demand that you put out videos all the time, ( without taking breaks ) because their lives are boring while waiting for said videos.. Those people are very cultish.. and are perhaps needing to get an actual life of their own? lol We should be appreciating your riding, storytelling and inspiration re the places you visit.. and then taking such inspiration and applying it to our own lives.. Safe travels ahead chick!
Missed Noraly so much! Great to have you back. I look forward to your new adventures. What a woman a truly class act. 🤗
As many have said, WE MISSED YOU! Now that Alaska is ready and hopefully you got some much needed rest, let the adventure continue!
Now something worth watching. Better than Netflix and all those silly superhero movies here the adventurers are real.
I must admit, I checked your home page a few times making sure I hadn't missed a notification.
I'm glad you took the time to rest. Good to see you back
Itchy - never boring - sometimes scratchy!
And we are off again!… I mean Noraly is off and we are enjoying keeping her company on her travels. Such an adventure even in the cheering section Noraly! Looking forward to seeing the new video posts on Wednesday and Sunday and this should be plenty. Take good care of yourself and Alaska and enjoy your travels which I can tell are often far from easy. ❤
I recall a time in India when Noraly started her journey and didn’t seem to know the business end of a wrench. Now, she looks like a pro mechanic assisting in maintenance work on Alaska. Total growth.
I'm so glad to see you Noraly. Next time you changing your oil , make sure the engine is hot. Never change oil when is cold.
Happy happy happy to see you back on! We missed you!
Welcome back, Boots! So happy to have your company once again. I think that all of your fans fully understand cutting the video output to twice a week is the correct and safest thing to do. It will also reduce your workload and allow you to relax and enjoy your adventure a bit more! Let's Go!!!!!
"The tyre is pretty bad." LOL.. 😂😂😂
Good to see you again! I've missed these little doses of internationality.
*WELCOME BACK, Ms Noraly & Miss Alaska. Madu of 'Mad Bikes' has done you well to fix up your bike, for the next part of your journey with new tyres etc etc... Ride safe... and safe traveling.*
Miss Alaska - That's a good one!
@@jasonzerbini2375 *Yep I have called her that ever since Ms Noraly got her & named her Alaska.... So I thought since she is a youngster, she also needed her own title.... hence she became 'Miss Alaska' to me. :)*
Yay!!! Noraly is back!!!!
❤
Watching Noraly herself servicing parts of Alaska ie change the engine oil etc
I won’t be surprised when Noraly has completed/satisfied with her travels on planet earth, she will be having her own Honda dealership across Europe. With professional advice not only which bike to buy for would be bikers, what documents to prepare, which country and what to look for.
Noraly has it all.
I’m 74 now and I wish to see her bigger succes, hopefully before my creator calls me back.
We missed you so much, very happy 🎉to see you again!
Best adventure youtuber i follow
WE, YOUR FAMILY, 'ADORE' YOU, BELOVED SISTER NORALY. ❤ ❤
In Europe, we're used to traffic lights, road markings, signposts, etc; these roads have none, so everyone has to be completely aware and ready to give way or move forward depending on an immediate, continual, and subconscious, dynamic risk assessment ! It seems safer !
❤Good to have back 😊
Missed you so much! Wonderful to have you back. I've lived in South Africa for over 40 years now and have traveled to various African countries, my heart is in my mouth at the thought of you traveling the horn by yourself, please please be safe, love of God be with you xx
Welcome back. Relax and enjoy the people. Thanks for bringing us along.
Your followers missed you! I am glad you are well!!
Woohoo Itchy Boots & Alaska! Noraly, so happy you're doing well & ready for the next leg of this epic African Adventure! Much love, guidance & protection always. 🏆🙌💚😁✨🔥🔥🔥
Oh, so happy to see Noraly again!!! Yes, Alaska needed some tender loving care and thank goodness for that Dakar shop and his crew, they were awesome. Now that Alaska is back on the road again, we are ready for the next leg of the journey and as voracious as we are to see Noraly's videos, we are adjusting to having two videos a week. That means that we will be giving Noraly time to do her traveling, but also time to collect, edit and post the videos and all will be dependent on good internet reception. So Itchy Booters, let's be patient with our Noraly.
GO ITCHY BOOTS, GO ... 🏍🏍🏍
Ciao, bentornata, WEDNESDAY AND SUNDAY NORALY ONLY, and nothing else!!!!! GO 🌺
Wow! Itchy Boots, that's a mean bike!!!!!
So happy to have our Noraly back! I hope you and Alaska feel rejuvenated! I know Alaska is a happy girl with all the new goodies and fluids. Amazing planning for the next leg. I’m glad you are going to try to slim down the workload...notice I said “try”. Looking forward to all the new adventures ahead with our favorite You Tuber at the helm. Let’s Go!
Welcome back Noraly, and yes we are still here, we definitely don´t want to miss your awesome adventures😊
Нурали, вы настоящий байкер! Восхищаюсь вашей целеустремленностью и жизнерадостностю! Удачи и ждем ваших видео!
The Internet is fixed again. Good to see you back Noraly.
We missed you so much Noraly! Welcome back
thank you visiting my country !! am of your senegalese follower , keep going and be safe. we love youu🥰🥰
Watching your videos is a fantastic learning experience. Thanks for sharing them, and always best to you, Noraly. Godspeed.
I found your channel maybe two years ago while I was planning a cycling trip across South America. Now that I've finished that trip, I've been bingeing your other videos to get new ideas for bike trips. And to be honest I'm impressed that you post videos even twice a week, I was trying to keep a blog on my bike trip and was often too exhausted at the end of the day to even keep a little journal! Videos are so much work! But I'm glad that you make them, it's been fun to watch your journeys.
Willkommen zurück, Noraly. Ich war schon sehr gespannt darauf, wieder was von Dir zu hören und zu sehen.
So happy your back!❤
The absolute highlight of my day I’ve followed you on every season you’ve shown me the world I will never see as I had a stroke last year and travel is a distant dream so I thank you for sharing your wonderful journeys you make my days a little bit easier and show me wonders I can only dream about xx keep going lovrelyblass much love from Scotland xx
I can't wait for this trip to start. Love your channel.
Great to be back looking through Noraly's lense, always an amazing story unwrapping before our eyes.
Michelin is supposed to be a good brand of tires, so I'm sure is going to be an awesome ride, as always!!!
Can't wait!!! Go Noraly!!! ❤
Welcome, welcome Noraly!! We've missed you so much. You look amazing and well rested.❤ Honestly this is always the fastest 20 minutes!! Time with you goes way too fast! Thank you and stay safe.❤

I’ve missed you so much, and been worried about your welfare, we love you and your adventures !❤❤
hello. really thank you very much for your videos 📹 very nice. Africa is really beautiful, except that you have to be careful of a few countries there. good adventure.
Yay Noraly, getting your bike completely serviced, getting you some r and r and laying out your agenda for the next few weeks! We’re ready for your next adventure!
I was just telling my wife yesterday how much I miss Itchy Boots. So happy to see you again. 👍🤠🇺🇲
Hello
Thank you for your very good videos.
I have been following your videos for years, many like me in Iran watch your videos, please add Farsi subtitles to your videos if possible so that we Iranians can get to know your travel experiences better.
By the way, I watched your videos in Iran and enjoyed it very much.
Good luck
Hey Itchy Boots! Welcome back to the channel! Glad everything is sorted! What !You didn’t stop for fresh bread? I’m shocked! Great catch on the camera mount! So excited to continue this journey with you Let’s go Itchy Boots!!
Glad your back and giving alaska a service and clean, good luck with all the borders coming your way. Stay safe
So nice to see you back please be safe Africa is a dangerous continent ❤❤❤
Noraly good to see you back. Have more SAFE travels
Welcome back to UA-cam and congrats on hitting 50,000km! You and your Alaska are unstoppable, Noraly! Woop Woop! 😁
I'm happy to see you have everything sorted out with Alaska, visas, etc., and are ready to resume your adventure - and take all of us along with you!!
Welcome back! You were missed, but not forgotten.
Hoi Noraly, willkommen zurück, inzwischen war ich in Leiden in Deinem Heimatland, schön bist Du wieder auf Achse, alles Liebe Dir und take care 🍀🥰🤗
Being a man, I'm always amazed at how you can talk so well while riding in traffic. I would be struggling to concentrate on what I'm saying and where I'm going. You're a testament to a woman's superior multi-tasking ability.
"Best partner in crime so far" (15:42) - that is a gigantic statement about your Honda, delivered just like that in the Dakar city traffic. Alaska has really been taking some beatings in her life up the Americas and then through the Sahara. Cool! Or hot! I am not sure. Ride on!
Noraly, you bring happiness to people like us who love to ride motorcycle and for any reason we don’t go step forward
Welcome back Noraly, I was starting to have withdrawal pains, I was missing my fix of your worldly travels. Just kidding. I am glad you took a deserved break. Of all the documentaries of Africa I have watched yours are the most detailed of everyday people and their culture. Trek on!!!
So glad to have you back, hope you are well rested and wishing you a safe and wondrous journey further.
