25:40 Oh, it's WORSE - what they describe as 'post birth abortions' is neonatal END OF LIFE centers. Like imagine you have a child and it has a birth defect - it has no liver, so it will just die within 2 weeks. Or no stomach. Or it's born without a brain. Without LUNGS or with hearts outside its body. Or with disease that will kill it before it's 6 months old. Brain or muscle degenerative disease for example. Those center is where this child gets comfort and basic care so parents can let it die in peace and as little pain as possible. THIS IS WHAT THEY CONDEMN.
Yeah, my dad saw a group of teen girls. He saw that they didn't close their car's hood all the way (they were checking the oil.) So he asked me to walk up and say something. Since they looked to be 15 (you can drive at 15 1/2, if you take driver's Ed) to 16, and were between 5'3 and 5'5. And my dad was worried that if he tried to approach them (he was 48 and 6'), they would drive off quickly and get into an accident. So he sent me to talk to them. They were still a bit nervous, but they did fully close their hood, so yeah. Men do know that kind of thing makes young women nervous and fearful.

See, when we were kids we were playing outside in the forest, far away from the nearest houses so we could make all the noise and nobody could hear us. Or climb all the trees and nobody could see us. These days kids are not let out of their parents sight pretty much for the same reason (honestly it is a bit disturbing to think of all the things that could have happened to us and nobody would have known), so they are constantly told to be quiet and stay safe and where's the fun in that 😆

Best thing about the water bottle. Pink used to be considered a boys colour and blue a girls colour, up until the 1940s, so it's only been a girly colour less than 80 years The reason is that red was considered masculine because it's a vibrant fire passionate colour, thus pink a lighter shade of red was for boys. While blue being a soft cool colour was considered feminine with sky blue being the primary colour for young girls
Yup! And the reason that they got swapped was because of ww2 Germany. Pink triangles were used on the uniforms of gay men in the camps, leading to people associating men wearing pink with homosexuality.
@@tiannaconstantine9606 You do know not everything you read on the internet is true right? The actual cause of the modern gendered color phenomenon happened in the 1950s and it was originally done by clothing stores for marketing purposes. It has no association with WW2. Before the 1950s when pink was pushed as a very feminine color, it was actually in reverse. Blue was often seen as a more feminine color and pink as a manly color because of the strength differences in the hues.

It is really wierd how people dosen't understand how long ago was even first operation of such type. Probably it was close to the end of WW2. California defines abortion as the termination of a pregnancy, not the death of a fetus. So it's impossible to "abort" when there's no pregnancy. ie After birth.
Yep. The medical definition of an abortion is the termination of a pregnancy. By definition, it’s physically impossible to abort after childbirth. Someone who was already born cannot be aborted.
and these same people protect the unborn but once its born they call it a parasite. "oh you just leech off government support, you should have thought about how you can support your kids before making them" well you were the ones who denied them healthcare to terminate this pregnancy. these mfs should try thinking for once.
And technically even a miscarriage is an abortion, just like... a "natural" one. I've heard that a lot of people have possibly had one before they even knew they were pregnant, and people have them and never know (hopefully that makes sense, I'm not great at explaining). My entire city used to have a day at the start of the school year where people would put everything from furniture to school supplies out on the sidewalk to be taken for free by students coming in to our university. City of 100k people in Canada. The city even uploaded a map you could register yourself on as a house that had free stuff available out front so students and people in need could map out where they were going to look for stuff. I got most of my furniture for those years from those days. Just had to find friends or family with a pickup truck and you were good to go! 34:19 Met a woman like this. She would, after any house party, tell everyone they can't take any leftovers home and would pour all of the leftovers down the drain or wrap them up and throw them directly in the trash. This was hurtful to find out because she had a lot of money and hosted these parties for the people who shopped at her store. The people attending these parties were all young college students surviving paycheck to paycheck, didn't have very much money or even very much food and were surviving on instant ramen and cans of chicken noodle soup. She'd insist that they must buy expensive party food to attend, but because the party goers didn't really have that kind of money, they would scrape together money for the ingredients to make casseroles or take their family's home made dishes to these parties to share. These were the kinds of people who needed these leftovers, but she would say "well, it's party food, and that means after the party it needs to be thrown away." It didn't make sense to her why she would 'give leftovers to people' because in her mind they were all gifts specifically to her. Thing is, she wouldn't eat any of it. She just made people bring things so /she/ wouldn't have to provide food or drinks at her own parties. I nearly had to explain to her what poverty is and that the people bringing these dishes have no idea they're being thrown out immediately or they wouldn't have brought them at all. Her response was that 'well maybe poor people shouldn't come then' It shouldn't surprise me that later she was discovered to have been abusing her pets. Things you'd assume were unrelated, but unfortunately a lack of empathy explained both.

Ugh, the plane one. Once when flying with a friend they had to swap a plane last second and were just scrambling to get everyone on the plane while making sure children were with a guardian. Putting adults together was not on their priority list. I ended up with an aisle seat in like row 10, and he had a window seat in like 18 (it was two seats on each side). After most people were seated I wandered back, pointed at my friend and said "That's my friend, I've got an aisle seat in row 10, do you wann..." before I got cut off with "Sure" and immediately jumped up and switched before I could change my mind. If you offer up the better seat they will almost always agree unless they also have travel companions nearby.
20:00 i work as an airport guide and you wouldn’t believe how many people just leave there luggage unattended🤦🏼♀️ last year we got over 420 cases. We ONLY GOT 365 days in a year!!!
I've had travellers ask me to watch their luggage before now. Nope, my job description does not state luggage sitting. Take it with you or wait until you've checked it in to get a coffee. "But you're just sitting there greeting passengers!" Yeah, and if I sit one person's luggage, I have to sit 20 people's luggage and that's then distracting me from my actual job of making sure people are in the right terminal and travelling with the airline they're trying to queue for.
That airplane story was wild. I've only ever asked someone to change seats once: my sister is afraid to fly and through a series of unfortunate events we ended up sitting at different ends of the plane. Since I ended up with an aisle seat at the front of the plane, I was the one who asked to swap seats, not my sister (who had a middle seat at the back). Why on earth would you expect someone to inconvenience themselves by giving up the more comfortable seat to fix *your* mistake!? 🤦🏽♀️

I remember being barely 18 in a club, and some guy old enough to be my grandfather starts trying to flirt with me - tries to offer to buy me a drink. I just say "no thank you", trying to be polite not to escalate the situation. This guy goes off screaming in my face, my friends had to pretty much pull him off me. He was so close, that I had my hand covering my face to stop his face touching mine, and his spit from where he was shouting was running down my hand. Luckily I was with decent friends, who got enough space between us I could run away! I had more friends in the next room of the club, and managed to get to them. Any time people try to defend these creeps, I think of that story and how angry I still am that people like that feel so entitled to treat young women that way!
The funniest thing about the James Dean post is that he was described at the time as a "feminised male" because he showed strong emotion in his acting, unlike the stoic types who were all the rage.
I also want to say, if you teach your children to stand up for themselves against creeps, or that they should come talk to you if they feel comfortable - then also stick with that and don't go against them and let them down if they actually do! I've so often been taught about creeps and that I should stand up against them and speak up. But there was an old guy in our village who inappropriately touched children. And my sister and I regularly had to go to his farm because our family bought the milk from him. We were both absolutely scared to go there but we were forced to go anyways or else we would be lazy and just be making up stories and if we said anything to him to get him away from us then we were just brats and were terrible to this sweet old man who was just very affectionate towards children.
Fun fact: Pink used to be the colour for boy clothes a few decades ago and girls wore blue. Men wore a lot of red clothes and since pink is a lighter shade of red, boys used to wear pink. @39:00 Funny thing is the opposite is proven to be true. Conservatives exposed to Liberal news over a period of 2+ weeks tend to display more political awareness, more empathy, and change their beliefs more than Liberals exposed to Conservative talk shows. A lot of what gives strength to Conservative shows is the echo chamber, preventing them from being exposed to other sources. The same also happens with matters of Religion. Atheists rarely change their positions upon exposure to religious talking points, and tend to know more about religion than religious people, but religious people tend to doubt their faith more after exposure to atheistic talking points.

People keep trying to convince me to "recover your faith" (lol, you can't recover what you never had), and it only solidifies my position as an atheist.
@@catpoke9557 yep. I was heavily discouraged from having non Catholic friends. Like to the point my spawn points would weird out my friends to the point they stopped being friends with me, and then tell me I'd always have my church friends. I only kept non catholic friends by simply not talking about my friends so they didn't know they existed, and never bringing them home to meet the spawn points.

Bro, I am a 16 year old that gets dragged on to church by my parents. I make it my personal duty to keep the choir crowd in check when we go to a cafe afterwards. If they are about to do anything assholy, I talk them out of it as best I can, since I'm quite well respected by them (cos I literally carry the church's basses lmao. I'm one of only 4 people with actual singing training there)
Yep. I know a few people who worked in restaurants that ended up ending Sunday lunch service because of the sheer amount of abuse the staff got. Once place apparently was having such bad turnover they started an investigation and discovered like 90% of the employees who quit had quit on the spot during Sunday lunch. Their retention went from like 30% to 80% (it still was a college town, turnover will be high simply because people graduated and left town) in a month after they stopped Sunday lunch.
As a Liberal Boomer who goes out to eat after church (with my Silent Generation friends!) I would like to say this depends on where you live and what church it is. We have had people joining our church specifically to cause trouble, interfering with our charity work and trying to stir up political controversy in our Bible studies. We also have preachers who work to take congregations independent or into ultra-conservative organizations. I don't mean to drag anyone into a comment debate, but there are people out there purposely trying to discredit Christianity from the inside, so try not to help them out.
So, minor flex, I'm more or less trilingual. But, even with that, I cannot find enough words to express how much it displeases me that Kamala Harris has to be a reasonable, rational adult, trying to get every vote she can, wheras Drumpf can go up on stage and just spout demonstrably untrue conspiracy theories and whatever other racist nonsense and people will be like "Yeah, I'm going to vote for him" and he stands an actual chance of becoming *President.*
Sadly, it is common as hell for boomers to support evidently deranged politicians. If I had a penny for each country where a rational adult woman battles against a clinically insane politician who somehow has the approval of boomers, I'd have two, which isn't a lot but it's weird it happens twice.

They probably genuinely don’t realize that there are any other flags that look like the USA flag in the slightest. So they see something that’s red white and blue with a star and assume it has to be the USA even if it’s a little off.
To be fair, it's hard to see the 50 stars in the emoji. But the thirteen stripes for the original thirteen colonies are definitely visible, so no excuse for getting it wrong. Especially when (on an Apple device, I don't know about Android) all you have to do is type "American flag" and autocorrect goes "🇺🇸".
except the one at 7:53 is the american flag with one star for the single state of texas where the product is made, since the stars on the american flag represent one of the 50 states of america, which would not all be present on a texas honor badge, only the star of texas the american flag has 4 red lines next to the blue square, liberian flag has 3 red lines next to the blue box it really is that difficult. because im guessing you didnt catch that, welcome to nuance malaysian flag : 4 red 4 white next to the blue box liberian flag : 3 red 2 white next to the blue box american flag : 4 red 3 white next to the blue box all very visually distinct in this way an american flag CAN have less stars or even one to denote singular/multiple states, so long as it follows the correct stripe scheme
@@catpoke9557 no it fucking doesnt because ANY state can be represented by the american flag with a single or multiple stars, its called an honor crest, because its a badge not a flag, and just to fully reiterate, it isnt a fucking flag Also the flag of texas ONLY HAS ONE RED AND WHITE STRIPE It is NOT identical to the american flag It looks more like the flag for CUBA or POLAND It is also inconsequential and IRRELEVANT in a conversation about COUNTRY FLAGS and BADGES/CRESTS

funny thing, from 1968 to 1984 the UK SAS (Special Air Service) used fully pink painted (to be more specific dusty mauve pink) Land Rovers as the color was effective in disguising the vehicle on the desert especially during dusk or dawn, and also during WW2 the UK had pink painted low altitude reconnaissance spitfires as pink was the an exceptional painting for once again dusk and dawn.
Pink has only been pushed as a feminine colour since the beginning of the last century. Before that, it was one of the preferred colours for (mostly male) rulers and soldiers. In the 70s and 80s, it made a comeback as such, when every womanizer and everyone who would have liked to be one owned at least two pink shirts.
I was at Faire a few weeks ago, and, at a show, I saw a little girl (6yo) and her older brothers (8-ish and 10-ish). The older boy picked up an ant and kept poking her with it, making it bite her. She screamed and begged him to stop, but that just made him laugh harder. Their parents were sitting right behind them, and didn’t do anything about it. I finally snapped at him, “STOP IT!” Both of them jumped and looked at me in shock. He glared at me and pouted, and I glared back. I looked at the girl and smiled kindly, and she smiled back. A moment later, the boy, still glaring at me, went to his mother. She cradled him in her arms as he sobbed/glared at me. He clung to her as they left when the show ended. I exchanged one last friendly smile with the girl. I hope she takes that to heart to always speak up for herself, and to not be afraid to make a scene.

Best thing about the water bottle. Pink used to be considered a boys colour and blue a girls colour, up until the 1940s, so it's only been a girly colour less than 80 years
The reason is that red was considered masculine because it's a vibrant fire passionate colour, thus pink a lighter shade of red was for boys.
@@LilChuunosuke I don't know where you heard that conspiracy but that is not true.
These were the kinds of people who needed these leftovers, but she would say "well, it's party food, and that means after the party it needs to be thrown away."
It didn't make sense to her why she would 'give leftovers to people' because in her mind they were all gifts specifically to her. Thing is, she wouldn't eat any of it. I brought a 12pack of soda to a friends birthday once, not knowing his mother absolutely hated me for some reason, she didn't even bother to open the case and put the cans in the cooler like all the other drinks, when time came to come home and I noticed the unopened case just sitting on the floor, the case that I bought with MY allowance money (I was like 12 when this happened) when I grabbed it and took it back home she had the audacity to tell my family I stole it from her house I literally had to prove it was mine with the receipt 😂

The sad thing is, most of the MAGA Boomers weren't this way pre-MAGA. They used to be normal, civilized, and productive members of society, who wouldn't have hesitated to spit in Trump's face for being a rich city slicker from NYC.
Of course, these subreddits are about the loud minorities of things and never the silent majorities.

I feel i shouldn't have to make this PSA but there is nowhere in the USA where infantacide is legal. "Post birth abortions" is not a thing, thats straight up murder, and that will always be illegal.
There has been a clip that was taken out of context, i dont remember the name of the doctor that was talking, but the "hard decision" parents have to make after birth that was referred to in the clip was talking about babies who might not make it and are in in the NICU.

Man I wish so badly it was
20:00 i work as an airport guide and you wouldn’t believe how many people just leave there luggage unattended🤦🏼♀️ last year we got over 420 cases. We ONLY GOT 365 days in a year!!!
Meanwile we never let our bagage unattended when traveling on train. Triple important on big stations

Yep. I expose myself to plenty of conservative content (because it's important to know what other people think and are planning) and it's only made me more liberal.

Malaysian flag: one star and one moon
Liberian flag: one star
USA flag: 50 stars
It's really not difficult
It is if your patriotism is performative and uninformed.
Especially when (on an Apple device, I don't know about Android) all you have to do is type "American flag" and autocorrect goes "🇺🇸".
except the one at 7:53 is the american flag with one star for the single state of texas where the product is made, since the stars on the american flag represent one of the 50 states of america, which would not all be present on a texas honor badge, only the star of texas
the american flag has 4 red lines next to the blue square, liberian flag has 3 red lines next to the blue box
it really is that difficult. because im guessing you didnt catch that, welcome to nuance
malaysian flag : 4 red 4 white next to the blue box
liberian flag : 3 red 2 white next to the blue box
american flag : 4 red 3 white next to the blue box
all very visually distinct in this way
an american flag CAN have less stars or even one to denote singular/multiple states, so long as it follows the correct stripe scheme
@@catpoke9557 no it fucking doesnt because ANY state can be represented by the american flag with a single or multiple stars, its called an honor crest, because its a badge not a flag, and just to fully reiterate, it isnt a fucking flag
Also the flag of texas ONLY HAS ONE RED AND WHITE STRIPE
It is NOT identical to the american flag
It looks more like the flag for CUBA or POLAND
It is also inconsequential and IRRELEVANT in a conversation about COUNTRY FLAGS and BADGES/CRESTS
Click talking to his plushes reminds me of how i speak to my geckos...
whos a good boyyyyy I SAID WHOS A GOOD BOY *gecko screaming intensifies*
seriously though love your videos
I’m sure your geckos are the best of boys. ❤
I'm glad that I'm not the only one who is aggressively affectionate to my geckos.
I want geckos now!!
@20:40 yeah, i had to learn to speak up for myself and put some points in the "eff their feelings" talent tree. more often than not, the fact that i square up, make good eye contact, and speak in a clear and confident voice is enough to make these a-holes back off. on occasion, a well-timed, softly-spoken "bless your heart" or "I'll pray for you" will absolutely send em packin.
funny thing, from 1968 to 1984 the UK SAS (Special Air Service) used fully pink painted (to be more specific dusty mauve pink) Land Rovers as the color was effective in disguising the vehicle on the desert especially during dusk or dawn, and also during WW2 the UK had pink painted low altitude reconnaissance spitfires as pink was the an exceptional painting for once again dusk and dawn.
There were also planes painted that color iirc. But I don't remember what the time period was.
@@AnalogMachinei did read about other planes besides the spitfires that used the pink camo thou the spitfires were the only ones i could confirm.
Pretty sure the Buccaneers in the gulf war were pink.
12:45 I feel ashamed to say that I'm from the same country as that person. I remember watching this live on TV and being furious! Who in their right mind throws a lit cigarette butt into a leafy area while fire fighters are right there putting out fires and 3 of them are already lost their lives because of said fires prior?! I remember even the reporters were shocked and didn't know what to say!
I was out for after church lunch with gramma (in law, just to be clear).
The sermon? Gossiping is a sin.
What happened at lunch?
Yep.
Sounds like my sperm donors mother, she was a hypocrite to the core.
I have a friend, who firmly believes it’s not gossiping when she does it. She just “shares information” about people currently not present. It’s totally different..
16:30 clearly the husband didn't feel it was a priority to sit next to his wife. Can't imagine why.
20:00 Even if they were 20, saying shit like that in public is disgusting behavior. Even if they were 40. Even if they were 60.
42:24 Isn't that the Xenomorph Queen? She's able to lay eggs. Either they just have better SRS methods than humans or we're transvestigating the Xenomorph Queen. 🤔
I think that's actually a scorpion alien, a drone/hunter.
I need someone to make a quiz of this if it doesn't exist already omg.
Which one of these is the American Flag

THAT TRUMP CLIP WAS 100% REAL! I watched the whole debate and I was laughing so hard at him that my stomach was hurting & I had tears in my eyes. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time.
I couldn't laugh. The fact it was real was gutting.
27:39 My grandpa is like that, my aunt told my mom and I overheard how he was having lockerroom talk with a taxi driver as she was there and carrying a baby. It's disgusting that he doesn't care about saying that type of stuff in front of his own daughter and grandaughter.
40:12 the prank is to have your window roll down, gesture to the person to roll down their window since that usually means you need to tell them something, when they do roll theirs down you fake them out by rolling yours back up
So... Being an annoying prick for TikTok... Not illegal, unfortunately.
trump peddled that baby BS in an actual presidential debate
Always will "fondly" remember my boomer parents berating me about why I didn't just get a well payed job right out of school and why I didn't immediately buy a house. It's sooooo easy and houses are cheap.
