Fairly dangerous and not very smart. To do a speed test on a piece of moving equipment without it being properly bolted, anchored or secured to the floor, is just asking for trouble. Swing that arm too fast can cause perpetual motion to take over and send that thing to the floor, or worse slam it into yourself. That particular robot weighs in excess of 1,500 pounds, with no caging, no safety distance, exposed control and power cabling, just not a very smart thing to do.
The machine has fields defined for safety. If it reaches that field, it stops. Doesn't matter how fast it's moving. It's an emergency stop. Another thing, which I consider it as a golden rule when I'm working with these robots, is that you NEVER EVER test your program outside of T1 mode.

The fact that it didn't budge at this rapid speed make it hard to believe that it's not bolted down even though it looks like there are ne bolts.

That last Move actually looked a bit close to the table. Also i dont get how ppl can go t2 at those speeds and be that close to the robot.
