KTM Missed Shift Sliding Plate Mech Fix

This video is to help anyone struggling with their KTM not upshifting or downshifting when wide open. My bike wouldn't shift with the clutch all the way in or out when I was wide open and what I found to be the cause was the lower hook on the sliding shift plate was only halfway grabbing the rod. Other videos show filing notches to grab the dowel pins better, and I tried this, but the real problem is the sliding plate is not bottoming out completely on the shift star pins, so the solution is to file a groove in the center of the sliding plate to allow the pin to really "bite" the dowel and get good contact. This is just something I found on my 2013 KTM 250 XC and figured it would be useful for others who have shifting issues like this.
