I just created a daily quarantine schedule that includes time allotted to my career, a 5km walk, learning Arabic, purposeful reading, making beats, and of course working out. this has really helped me organize my mind and keeps me on track EVERY DAY. I recommend everyone to do so! We need to stay consistent G.
