Could you please talk about or interview someone going through ‘recovery’ from diet mentality that has diabetes? Diabetes is restrictive and it can be a struggle when you are trying to relax about food.
We are working on something like this with prediabetes. Since neither of us have experience with diabetes, we would need to find a guest or professional who can speak to it - if anyone has a recommendation please let us know!

Just a suggestion you can talk about eating for stimulation at these days when we feel burnt-out and don't have the energy to do anything cause it's the type of phases where I feel stuck for monthes and not able to apply recovery steps cause consuming is the only way I can sense happiness

@lifeafterdietspodcast4229 as I remember it was about eating bc of feeling like you deserve it as a reward after going through draining things I don't remember it well so tell me if I missed the point of it but what was I meant here is eating bc of burn out and depression feelings like when you're on a state where you consume dopamine by binging to sense pleasure and you lack energy to recover at the same time so you get stuck in this loop
