Come visit Lusaka (Zambia) Jasmine! Its peaceful and there many new homes and fab neighbourhoods being built. We tend to build one storey homes though as land isn't too much of an issue yet.
6:00 Hi Jasmine. Love your videos. If houses have security gates, high walls, too... Why do they need barbed security wire, too? Feels uncomfortable...
bonjour, quiconque est actuellement au togo, je cherche à déménager là-bas. J'ai besoin de conseils et d'astuces, s'il vous plaît. Combien coûte une chambre simple, merci
them houses cheap as hell compared to america wth am i still doing here... houses here are 350,000 the least and thats the run down ones if you want fairly nice definetly 770,000+
In Senegal for instance loadshedding is not commonplace and internet is quite affordable. I use about 30 dollars for monthly unlimited high debit and 6 dollars for my bundle with my Phone😊. However i know in some countries such as Ivory coast and Togo, internet is freaking expensive. Don't know wether or not effort had been made about it.
@@moim5033Most of People in togo are now using WI-FI which is cheap as i said earlier. You can use 2000 CFA ( 3,32 USD) Monthly. You can but for one week = 500 CFA ( 0.83 USD). You can even buy for a day= 200 CFA ( 0.33 USD). WI-FI is everywhere even in the villages...
Is it that dangerous that high walls and guard huts are needed ? Or is it that the public security force is unable to protect residents? The high walls dont allow communities to knit its just a neighborhood.
Roads culverts in Accra will be choked with plastics and filth in less than a month after its commissioning. Some thinks will just not work in Ghana. As one UA-camr said anything goes in Accra. There is much more orderliness in the French countries as compared to the English speaking African countries. I am Ghanaian
There is no way these houses cost less than $30,000! Are you sure you filmed in the correct area? These are upper middle class homes and are certainly not typical of what the average Togo citizen lives in .
I am so happy with the fast development of my country Togo ❤ to its citizens
This video was dreamy and enjoyable. I truly miss Togo 🇹🇬, and thank you for showing a different side of Togo!!
I love your country Lome Togo so beautiful city thank you
Jasmine is not a Togolese, she is from Ghana. Ghana and Togo share one border and speak the same language which is Ewe with a slight difference.
The homes in Togo look nice. Pretty cheap too.

6:00 Hi Jasmine. Love your videos. If houses have security gates, high walls, too... Why do they need barbed security wire, too? Feels uncomfortable...
Not too sure. I noticed most of the homes here are very protected x
In Togo that is how we often build our houses,it's not that there's insecurity but it's just that we are very protective of our enviromments
Hi, I'm coming to Ghana in about 3 months. Is there any way we can see one of these homes?
Ama nice Togo vlog but these houses looking like prisons no airy space too secured like not interested in neighbour's
Lol

Togo appears very clean anaaa?
It is in most places
High walls and Barbwire fences…this got to be a prank!
Most homes here are like that
Please forgive my strange question, but is loadshedding and high internet costs a part of most African countries?
I can’t speak for every country but in Ghana internet can b expensive. Load shedding is not as frequent as it used to be though x

Internet is very cheap and perfect in Togo.

Very cheap according to you. In west africa , togo is the country where Internet is more expensive.

High walls in West Africa are really not about security. They're for privacy as people tend to always want to keep their business from outsiders
High walls are for privacy
Where do most of the tourist/foreigners livers?
❤❤❤❤
All the gutters are covered in this hood. Only Accra that you would see open gutters
And Nigeria too.

By the way it’s spelled Citée B…O..A…D
Thanks x
Where is the Beautiful women at? I don't want to see no houses. Show up the women, then we would consider the houses.
😂😂😂
U get winch
Priviate investors? 🤔
China maybe? 🤷🏾♂️
Nah the houses are not for me, how can they build houses like a torture chamber
There are rooms underground in all of these houses.
There's nothing attractive about these homes or the community. It's pretty dam boring..why do they fence everything in. Is there a lot of crime?
Not at all but People are afraid of burglers in francophone west africa.
