Things are really coming together nicely. Lowdollar also makes a combe temp and pressure sensor so you can monitor head / water pressure and it's a single wire bundle.
@andrewshuford no sir that’s to race car ish for me. Also very hard to remove with no help and as you see I often have no help. Then it takes up a ton of room when off. Mine I can have apart and off in under 5mins
Your name is spreading. Helping people like turbo John is awesome. By you being so particular in your videos building your car, it really does help people out like me. The word will spread and you're going to be a force to be reckoned with my man.
Dude, youre such a criticle thinker! I, am also. But, i dont know much about the racing you do. So, I don't have any input, that could help you. I, dont pretend to be, something I'm not. Thank you, for the upload. I, watch to learn.
Getting so close you can taste it! The reward will be well worth it because you do quality work, and it's gonna taste so good when you're done! Keep at it man, you got this!
It slow going and rewiring anything. When I redid my shop it took a few days to rewire everything my wife would come and say what have you done all day it still looks the same. lol I would say rewiring everything but its important to get it done the way you want it. I know john was in a hurry to get to Dig or die but I could never have a car like his the the wiring and some other things look inside. We had one of the nicest car, Trailer and pull truck around here when I was racing but the car did run as good as it looked. We won a lot of races and the local track championship in super gas 3 years in a row and finished in the top 3 or 4 for 10 years.
Guessing you’ve never seen Devin’s car? Being the car has all working lights unlike a racecar that requires light wiring and fuses. Then you have your Holley in puts and out puts like all race cars and your other basics. The board off the main harness in passenger foot well is just to make it clean. I could have just left all that dangling like many do or zip tie it to the harness which is all tacky. I feel like my car barely has anything compared to the modern race car which has it all packed on a large board. Randy’s car has everything packed under the dash and Turbo John just zip ties his stuff to whatever is near by.

Interesting. I have a psi sensor on the radiator that isn’t hooked up to
Man the tranny tunnel looks awesome I like it. The Grey felt looks great.
Thanks buddy
Cool 😎 !

Looking good man, I'm sure you have discussed this and I missed it but are you gonna fix the front clip to be "set-off" ?
Like one piece that comes off instead of bolts on?
@@ThePaintPaperHustle Yep, set the hood off then have some dzus fasteners hanging the fenders and grill

@@ThePaintPaperHustle Cool 👍
Hey John !! Courtney called you a cheap ass !!!!😂😂😂
😂
My head is going to pop. I have so much to do. I love how clean, street looking, your keeping the car. Very sharp.
lol piece by piece man. And thank you

Man I learn from watching others and being around it. I don’t know a ton and still new to it all
I hate wiring, it hurts my brain.
lol same!
Just watched a Steve Morris video changing an engine over to smart coils, made a serious difference.
Awesome!

That firewall looks nice you need to get some of that attention to detail to rub off on TJ

Progress is progress. Keep chipping away at it.
Yes sir 💪🏻
Made a video was that the one thing you were looking for
Thanks
That's a sweet little setup you have going
Thanks

lol yea I relate to the shop and wife being confused. Often good looking means organized which CAN result in success
@@ThePaintPaperHustle Yes we were very organized and I am that way in life and so is my wife. lol
Never seen a race car with so many boards, modules, etc, usually just a small area passenger side and that's it.

Randy uses a smart wire box to help cut down on some of the stuff I have but it’s all inside that box just same stuff with a wayyyy higher price tag.
lol this is basic compared to many other cars nowadays
That’s what I thought. From what I’ve seen I’ve got like 25% of what a lot of modern race cars have. I felt like my car is super basic EFI set up
@@ThePaintPaperHustle really enjoy your vids, although I’d like to see more of you actually doing work. Would enjoy the longer videos too.
Wiring is one of the few things I'm actually good at.
Awesome
