I think we've finally reached a point where deathcore artists have become so good that you simply must acknowledge their musicianship even if this genre is way too extreme for you

Deathcore from 98 to now, it's been a fantastic ride.
The days of Cannibal Corpse are long gone. Haha. Good Deathcore today requires extremely talented musicians.
I got into deathcore when I was 19 with suicide silence and only found 9 bands that were considern deathcore. bands like thy art is murder, as blood runs black, whitechapel, chelsea grin, fit for an autopsy, lorna shore, make them suffer. I still found more bands that were deathcore and been a big fan for that. Suicide silence got me into deathcore. I also saw chelsea grin live in grand rapids, michigan for the first time and met tom barber.
@@alexdwyer7677 Alex Webster would disagree but these guys don't even have a bassist on stage, soooo. And trad death metal bands don't have such a massive reliance on their software and backing tracks. For the record, I dig Brand of Sacrifice a lot but it's kinda lame putting down other bands to prop another up.

I’ve never really listened to this band before, but I clicked on it figuring I’d check it out for a minute or so to get an idea if I should check them out later. Ended up watching the whole video!
Saw them live in Paris in February 2020, they were absolutely amazing. They truly know how to set the scene on fire! Charlotte stays one of my favourite songs so far.

Hearing them sound virtually identical live as compared to the album is almost eerie. You just don't hear bands anymore that sound the same on the tracks as they do in concert.
