this is a problem with their new update tool, so no way around this error i can find so far, also dosent help that the company that makes zen is also never helping their community but oh well
thank you so much i thought it was broken and just threw it in my drewr for over a year and thougth it was complety bricvked and it was useless. No i am finally able to use it again. thanks
This did not help me I tried a different controller different usb cord I tried down grading then updating and then I tried to hard reset it where you push both of the blue sides before you update it and then while you update and it does nothing for me. I am at my wits end.
I downloaded a script and the bootloader came now i did the update 5 times on the zen studio and also i downoalded it from the website with the old variant and it didnt work
@@mohamedmohsen-rg7el you need to take out the cabeö from the zen and pc then hold the 2 blue buttons and put the cabel in the scripts will be removed but you can put them in again
Bro this worked for me hold bothe right and left buttons the Bluetooth and the script button together while you plug in the cable do not let Go until you have downgraded software don’t let go until it finished this worked for me should work
Im using zen studio through remote play. It works fine but during the game i got this error e3002 then my controller stopped working.. i will have to unplug it from the zen studio and plug again to work again. And the issue keeps repeating plz plz help me with that. I can only play for 2-3 minutes then the error pops up again.

Great explanation however I had to do it multiple times for it to function correctly just a heads up to anybody if it not working keep trying it

I'm having a problem. I install version 47 or lower, Zen Studio simply does not see the device, it asks to update to version 50.

Try spamming the next scripts button while you plug in the zen. It worked for me that way
