Im using zen studio through remote play. It works fine but during the game i got this error e3002 then my controller stopped working.. i will have to unplug it from the zen studio and plug again to work again. And the issue keeps repeating plz plz help me with that. I can only play for 2-3 minutes then the error pops up again.

i haven't tried this on remote play. so i can give you an answer.
but if you still have this issue, try to downgrade the firmware and upgrade it again.

Mine says unexpected error. It will not no matter what i do including hard resets or downgrading to older firmwares

On the PC the collective mind update instead of updating it says error and from there it won't let me do anything it won't even let me connect to Zen Studios

i think because the cmupdate tools are updated.
you have to access the software from zen studio

i did that and ims tuck with error 3002 still i updated reverted to a lower update and nothing is working i also cant factory reset because it keeps me stuck in the menu error error @@ZENIDN

@@fishy5347 yeah "unplug everything and hold left side and right side firmly then plug the back piece into your computer I mean this hard resets but fixes it
