Ned, when you do a 360 turn you would still be facing the city centre of Dublin, so it's 180 degree turn facing the Irish sea, so I hoped you enjoyed the voyage.
Welcome back Ned.. passed you a few times on the roads and in and out of the Port good to see you back doing the Europe trips again love watching your adventures
I’d love to have a crack at Europe, I enjoy working Ireland and tbh from what I’m hearing I’m not missing much doing UK work.. Anyway good to see you back
Enjoyed the video and looking forward to part 2. Good job on the car driver for the good manners ain't seeing that much anymore. In the Netherlands, everybody is hastily and its rare that people make way for trucks.
Another great video Ned. Really Enjoyed it Looking. Forward to part 2. Glad you are back. And hopefully more videos. Thank you. Take care and stay safe. ( John Whitehouse )
@@NedKellyIreland Just saw you uploaded episode 2. Tried to open it but it say you set it to be not available in my region? I'm in America. Did you upload it correctly?
I would have thought the job was hard enough Ned without those two reprobates tagging along with you. Make them both your official truck washing team to earn their keep...!! By the way,my wife came over to england from Cavan when she was 6yrs old and she loves watching your videos around the area etc. Thank's again Ned.
Looks like you were lucky and had a cabin all to yourself Ned! I’ve done the crossing a few times and normally had another driver sleeping within a meter away from me... not nice! Funny as I used to panic also about the hand break not being on whenever I was on the boat or train!
Great to see you back in Europe been too long between blogs a great view as always Neddy boy thought you were at Creggan for a while obviously not don't be so long with the next one 👍
Great video, nice to see some of the in's and out's with catching the bigger Ferrys I've only ever had to catch the small ones to the isle of Wight still packed in tight but not quite as bad
Good to see you back on the continent Ned. by the way Brillant video you haven't made a bad video all your videos are brilliant. Keep up the good work. Remember "Keep er truckin"
not seen a video of yours for a few months ned as ive been very busy but just watched this one and you aint lost your touch you still pack in the commentaries with lots of explanation, keep em coming ned can't wait for no2.
Good to see you back Ned. Just a quickie about the BMW driver personally I think he thought the truck was going to pull out on him and if it was a left hooker he may have been in a blind spot and he backed off just in case. Personally I would rather get hot from the rear than crushed into the barrier.
Great video as usual Ned 👍🏻 It’s called the Britannia bridge over the Menia straights 😆 It was a railway bridge that was set in fire in 1970 by some young boys.....😦 It was then converted to take road vehicles on the top hence it being a single carriage way 👍🏻 Stevie 🇬🇧
Massive fan of your videos Ned. Great to see ya back. I traveled on the Ulysses's back in November 17th 2018 with Eurolines from Dublin to London. Loved it. Looking forward to seeing more videos. Keep er Lit. Ryan from Co. Donegal

Nice vid Ned, looking forward to Ep2 already. Thought you said previously you weren’t going to do Europe again, or did they make you an offer you couldn’t refuse £££££££👍🏻🚚😳😆
Just stumbled across your videos. I had to give up tramping 2 years ago, I miss it a lot. I used to do some Wales/Ireland trips. This video brings back good memories :(
Great to see you back on the continent Ned, you may have been away for two and a half years. But the knob head BMW drivers, are still thriving. Looking forward to part 2. Drive safe Buddie. 🚛💨🍀
When you hit the brakes for the BMW there I couldn't help but notice your reflection and the bag landing on top of you.. . By fuck I burst our laughing only because its happened to me and leads to instant rage 😆🤣
Well ned nice truck. I was up in Dublin there last week I was in a truck with a buddy of mine and a BMW decided to play a game of brakes so we played a game called kiss the bumper and I think she learned her lesson.
@Michael John Dennis I agree with u Michael Dublin can be dangerous but I drive tractors and motorbikes for a liven and with the tractors cars pulling in front of us are brakes are the as a coach or a lorry but a car doesn't bounce off a tractor it goes under the tractor and I get harrassment everyday when I drive it's not like iv a choice in the matter and I don't think they know how much danger they put themselves into most of the time.
Hi ned, really enjoy your vids, I get a big kick out of moe and Billy, 40 year coast to coast driver here in the usa, I think I would rather truck here, more room, I can't believe how much you remind me of myself
the Bridge that you cross from Anglesea to the mainland of North Wales is called "Britannia Bridge" and the railway runs on the decking underneath the road. I live in Llandudno so know that stretch of road well, and the views are beautiful. I do see your company Trucks on the A55 occasionaly. keep safe out their.
Brilliant Ned Kelly Ireland! !! Loved this. You showed the real hardworking truck driver getting off the boat at all hours and head down the road in all sorts of weather. Loved the FF action flying along the coast and M6. Watched it on my HD tv and all I was short of was a set of mirrors on television because of the way you videoed it. Look forward to seeing more. Re Alan . Ps give us a shout out next time you do that. 🚚🚛⛟🚛🚚
35:44 a little hard on the guy maybe, unfamiliar roads and probably lost and/or not understanding the signs.. better to be cautious and slow than flying round roads you don't know.
Not only did that driver pass the truck on the right side, he even thanked the trucker with his hazard lights. Also, passing someone in the wrong lane is a sure way to eventually get seriously injured. Great video Ned, thanks!
I am new to your follow love your trucking videos specially when you drive throw the West Midlands it’s try about some of the drivers in Birmingham I live and work in Birmingham . hope you’re well and safe .
Ned, from M6 birmingham south, bound M42 you are allowed to use left hand lane to go south at the split , it is marked but the tendency is to HANG right hand lane for M42, this leaves you in the wrong lane ( fast lane) , just saying, not very well signed posted also goes against the flow especially at the M42 split????
Happy New Year Ned... glad you redeemed yourself eventually regarding the (probably) Welsh driver. Dartford Crossing is only paid for online now, but it should be free as it was promised to be once the tolls had paid for the construction. Somehow it was sold to a French company who continue to fleece us... it's a bit of a sore subject for those of us who have to use it regularly :(
You're spot on there Isla, I drove a crane on the bridge project when they built it. I think the deal was Trafalgar House built it free of charge on condition they collect the first 7 years of tolls. When the bridge was handed over tolls should have ended. NOT!!
Jasus Ned, Trucker elite you may be but your nautical terms need a bit of brushing up. The foamy bit is called the wake or wash and is caused by the props. The back of the ship is known as the stern lol. Great to see you back on the roads again and a belated happy christmas and new year to you and your family. Keep between the ditches and thanks for the great entertainment. Regards and safe trucking to you and yours. You have made turning on you tube interesting again 😊😊😊. Respect.....
You know you can shut it up Ned; there is a button somewhere on the dashboard, showing a little rectangle crossing some dashed lines! Everytime, I get in a DAF; I automatically put the exhaust brake on and press this button. Well done; great craic Ned
Ha ha Ned I had to laugh at the Lithuanian truck in Holyhead, I live in Klaipeda, Lithuania and most of the drivers here are clueless, I bet the Pratt was on the phone, thanks for the video.
in fairness to the Girtika driver in Holyhead, i probably wants them out of his way being a left hand drive truck and the cars were hanging in his blind spot
